Feel It As Well As Say It
The words you say in Benevolent Magic and Living Prayer are important because they set your intent but they're not a substitute for having that intent as a feeling. When you say the words it is an advantage to have the feeling in your body, the physical feeling, or you might say - the passion - the intention - that the words seem to be defining. So it's a complete thing.
I wanted to share this with you today because I think that there's some people who believe or feel that Benevolent Magic or Living Prayer or both might just be another thing you say - just words - but it isn't.
It's all about the energy. That's why it's so important to make the request before you do your Benevolent Magic or Living Prayer, "I am asking that all the most benevolent energies that are available for me be all around me and all about me now." Then wait and notice what you feel.
It would also be good to practice that without even doing a Living Prayer or Benevolent Magic so that you can recognize how those energies feel in your body. The goal is to get to the point where it feels really good.
It's a gentle feeling, it's a comfortable feeling. You may feel nurtured or loved, appreciated, accepted for who you are - in short it makes you feel good. Some of you may also feel warmth.
So that's something I feel is important to share with you today. These are pointers and tips that I feel are very helpful for you to understand.
It doesn't mean that if you cannot feel these physical feelings that you cannot do Living Prayer or Benevolent Magic. It does mean however that it's something you can strive for because it might improve the results, according to what you desire, or it might bring those results around quicker.
In any event it will help you to fine tune your spiritual and/or shamanic capabilities. I'll give you these tips from time to time and I hope that it will help you to achieve your spiritual goals and improve the quality of your life, the lives of your loved ones and friends and the life of all beings.

Understanding Your Instinct
You now have an opportunity to learn more about how your physical body actually functions and communicates with you. You may think that your thought is in command but it is not. Your physical body is the wise one, it's just that the wisdom is not linear as in thought. It is immediate in the instant moment that you are in.
Your physical body communicates in physical feelings and the cornerstone of physical feelings is instinct. There will be some simple homework here for you to discover more about your own instinct.

Earthquakes and Long Touch

Our True Wisdom
Now the world is becoming more physical and thus we will have to become more instinctual. What this means is that Earth, as we have known her - to a degree sleeping Earth - meaning allowing and adjusting on her own to our impact upon her, is no longer sleeping.
Many of you have observed that volcanic regions are becoming more volcanic. There are more earthquakes and although they are not all catastrophic they are getting more frequent. Equally other aspects of Mother Earth are becoming more pronounced - her wind, her weather.
She is becoming in that sense more discernibly physical. She is showing her physical capacity much more so and demonstrating it.
We however have the capacity within ourselves to be responsive to this so that we will know where to go, know what to do, know how to live, recognize how to provide for ourselves and others and know when to do something, when not to do it or what to leave for others to do since it was meant for them.
This all comes under the heading of instinct, which I've talked about on these blogs extensively - as an example here and then of course there's all of this and more, and given a considerable amount of training for you. This is why I have been giving that training because I knew this time was coming and it is here now.
Those of you who have sharp instincts or can access your instincts because of the training I've given and because of your life experience will be at an advantage now. Even little things like a parking place or should I buy this now or should I sell this now - these things will be greatly enhanced by your ability to make decisions based upon your instinct.
Many people believe that instinct is an aspect of fear. It is not though fear is a component of instinct - not as something that cripples you but rather something that hones your decision.
Fear is meant for us to have - not as something that keeps us from doing something that we need to do but rather to help us to know how to do it. We use fear to know - this feels good or this doesn't.
When you get an uncomfortable feeling in your body, many people identify that as fear and while there is a small aspect of that it is meant to be there because it's what triggers your body to give you the physical signal that the way you're going to do something, the way you've thought it out, the way others have told you how to do it - even if they said, "That's always how its been done" - your body is telling you that's not the way to do it now.
Many of you will use your instincts to blaze new trails that others have considered but never tried. This is not something to use for daredevil exploits. It's not a time to be seeing how far you can go, how fast and at what risk. I'm not talking about that though I know there are those of you who like to do that and I'm not judging it.
What I am saying is that this is a time when you use instinct - the times we are in now and for the foreseeable future - that you will be able to make decisions that will be supportive and help your survival and will even help you to thrive.
So use your feelings - your physical feelings. I have been talking about this for all these many years because the time is now to use these things and know what to do. For those of you who have not read these blogs from the beginning - go back and do it now and do the homework. It will take time but you won't regret it.
These blogs are entirely set up to help you to use the innate abilities that you were born with and that many of our cultures have ignored or worse - attempted to suppress out of their own ignorance not realizing of what value these physical abilities are for us.
It is not my job to judge anyones culture but it is my job to point out what we can do, how we can do it and how each individual has their own feelings that they can use.
Equally - how very often you will find that other people who have the same skills as you have, though they may not know that they have them, may be your new allies.
We are all very much the same under the skin. We are born in a way that has been deemed the best by Creator and we have been given certain physical abilities. Many of them are obvious. Some are not so obvious and that is why I have dedicated myself to sharing what I have to share on these blogs.
Remember always, do not discard your thought but use your physical feelings to know - do I go this way, do I go that way. Which physically feels better to me?

It's The Energy That Does It - Benevolent Energy
Now I have something I want you to practice. This is specifically important for those of you who are pursuing your spiritual work - whatever it may be.
Understand that the nature of benevolent creations that you request with benevolent magic, living prayer and true magic can be accomplished in part or in total completion through the many ways and means I've suggested on these blogs as well as the books. However in order to achieve - in the easiest, simplest and most benevolent way - levels of support for these requests that you are making it is entirely dependent upon the energy that you feel.
This is a time of clarity or at the very least pursuing your own personal clarity which I know for some of you is extremely challenging because of the environment in which you find yourself - people arguing, circumstances that function at cross purposes, etc.
So...it won't be easy for many of you but if you have moments even before you go to sleep or when you wake up or at any time that are quiet or the energy is less extreme and the conflict that is happening around you or perhaps even within you is to a so-called dull roar eh, then that's when to practice these means to achieve clarity - but there is another reason I'm talking to you about these matters today.
The way benevolent magic and living prayer and true magic, as I've said, is accomplished is through the co-operation of benevolent beings of light and love and good heart - yes - performing that which you cannot do as a human being.
You cannot easily, quickly and with aplomb move from one dimension to another. You cannot travel through time. In short, we must be human beings with the limits and gifts given to us to be human in our world but in our natural state we can do these things with ease. When we are no longer in our bodies we can travel through time as if it were nothing. We can travel between dimensions and hardly even notice.
So - sometimes people ask, "Who are these light beings? Why can they do these things so easily and why do they love us so much to be so quickly prepared to drop whatever they are doing to help us?" It is this. These light beings are very often those we have known and loved, those we appreciate, those whom we admire. Simply put, those whom we have been and those whom we will be.
The natural state of our being is not as human beings. The natural state of our being is as soul or spirit and these things which we desire to do or that we ask the light beings to do for us is often attendant with our natural way of being.
We are here in this school because we are here to accomplish a purpose - a great deal of which I've discussed in the books and you will find that as the inspired teaching in almost all of the books that I've put out - but generally speaking what I want to talk to you about today is that I'm urging you to practice something very simple.
It does not involve words. It does not even involve goals and purposes but it is a attunement that I'm asking you to practice and that attunement is to simply say this - to help you to get there. Say to yourself, this is not a living prayer, "I need to be able to recognize the most benevolent energies that exist and I can only do this through my feelings."
Now when I say feelings I'm talking about that which you feel physically. I'm not talking about when you are happy or when you are sad, for instance. I'm talking about physical stimulations in your body - physical feelings - okay?
So this is what to do. For those of you who are adept at this it is simple, you are doing it now and it's only simple because you've practiced - yeah - but I'm speaking to those of you who are not sure about whether you're feeling something, whether you're doing it right - alright. So...this is a tune-up okay.
This is what I recommend. After stating to yourself what you need to do, what you need to feel and really it's about discernment between what feels good and what is simply a tingling perhaps - some of you identify the tingling as being "it" so to speak - meaning the benevolent energy - and for some of you it may be but tingling is also a precursor to something else. Now what it means is that in some cases the tingling that you might feel is the precursor to feeling - to having an awareness of your physical feelings and is not necessarily associated with benevolent energy - that's vitally important for you to know.
Benevolent energy is something that you will recognize. It is a soft thing, a gentle thing. It feels good.
For some of you it will prompt a warmth in and around your heart or solar plexus area for example. You might feel the warmth in some other part of your body - but it will feel good, a gentle feeling.
For some of you when you say these things - as you might say when doing benevolent magic, living prayer or true magic - you just have a heightened state of your own feelings.
If you're simply having a heightened state of your own feelings and your own feelings are involved in conflict or anger or upset it won't work very well even if you're asking for something totally benevolent and this is why some of you have not had, as you might say, good luck doing these things or you have abandoned doing these things but you see you must be pursuing your own personal clarity to achieve these things in the best and most benevolent way and to work out in ways that are benevolent for you and those around you.
It cannot be used - benevolent magic, living prayer, true magic - it cannot be used to harm.
If you are even causing by your words and your intent, harm in others - meaning that which actually causes them pain etc. - if you are doing that then your capacity to bring about these results will be lessened and lessened and lessened so that you don't get any response because the light beings will not support that.
It is possible that some people might feel slightly sad or upset that you're doing this work because they misjudge it. They don't know that it is something that is benevolent for you and others and such misunderstandings are not considered harming others - always know that.
However if what you are doing is actually causing harm to others then your capacity to do this will be gradually reduced. So...I know you don't want that.
So...tune-up okay? Practice on discovering the difference between what feels benevolent in terms of benevolent energy and what simply is a heightened state of your own internal physical feelings that may or may not be pleasant or benevolent at all - okay. So...good luck with that eh - and I have complete faith in your ability to accomplish this but it does take time and practice.
For those of you who are already there then you can skip over this homework but for those of you who are not sure or you would prefer to have a greater sense of feeling this benevolent energy then practice, practice because it takes a physical memory in your own body of what does feel good and benevolent to you - not powerful - this is not about power over others.
It is about working within the totally benevolent realm that we recognize as our natural selves when we are not embodied and that's how you can recognize it because to a great many of you it will feel exactly like home - and home in this sense meaning in the most benevolent place we have never known on Earth but sometimes feel when we are very young being held by mother and feel welcome.

Pathways To Your Opportunities
There is an issue which I feel you can all benefit from greatly. I know this is an issue for us all and I'd like to offer this as a support towards resolution.
How often every day do we ask for something we need? Most often we ask the air or to God or we think it or we plead for it in hopes that spirit and Creator will hear us.
Do you know that almost immediately opportunities present themselves but generally we have by life been so buffeted that we either do not recognize them or we simply deflect them because we misunderstand that they are opportunities.
Today I wish to start something that I feel will pave the way towards your receiving all of the benevolent requests and requirements that you have and that you need.
It is a practice that will not be easy for some of you but there is no cost involved of course as with everything here with the possible exception for some of you of some thing that you feel you may need to do these things but you will never be required to purchase anything here.
I recommend that you consider something that is usually considered a thought or a condition or perhaps a word in the dictionary but I'd like you to consider it as an actor or a performer might consider it. For a performer they must not only consider how it would be portrayed but also how they would feel it.
For the best performers on stage and even yes - in film or television or other media - feel what it is that they are performing. In this way, your empathy is attracted to them as their roles feel real to you.
What I'd like you to do with that example as a model is to practice the physical feeling of safety.
This is, in almost all cases where something needed is requested, the physical feeling that is needed in your physical body to bring about the greatest chance of that request being fulfilled.
It will not support anything requested that is malevolent, destructive to others or self-destructive but it will greatly support, enhance and smooth the way for receiving that which is of benefit to you, that which you need and yes - that which you require to survive and thrive.
I recommend then that you practice the physical feeling of safety. Consider a time when you felt safe. If you cannot consider it then imagine being held and surrounded by those who cherish you and believe that you are worthy of protection.
There are many other ways to imagine conditions whereby you will have the physical feeling of safety. I grant that you may not be able to imagine this in a war zone or someplace where great strife is a constant threat or even a existence but for those of you who can do this imagine the conditions that would exist for you to feel safe.
Then if you can relax into that feeling - go into the feeling more so all that you are feeling is the physical feelings of safety.
Practice this if you can three or four times in ten days and then practice it at least once a month to keep you sharpened up in that area. You can if you like also practice it anytime you want.
It will also bring about much more clarity and possibilities for the acquisition of relationships for instance, that are actually safe for you because if you know what the feeling is in your body of safety and you're not experiencing that in your attraction to somebody then you might need to reconsider.
This is especially important in friendships and in business encounters. I will say more about these things in time but for now that's what I recommend that you start with.

Communicating Does Not Require Words
So many of you have the feeling these days of being unappreciated - of attempting to communicate something vitally important to you in that moment and even though it's important you do not always have the words - have you noticed that? It's not that you're loosing IQ points or anything like that, it's rather that you have another capability which is moving to the front of your communication skills but that capability does not come with words.
In my experience I have noticed that my feeling self - physical feelings - are much more expressive these days and when I don't have the words I often have a significant feeling and when that feeling is present that feeling itself is emanating my meaning. Now I'm not trying to suggest that everyone understands that feeling but some people do. If you are in a situation where you're attempting to express something and you don't have the words or you only have some of those words know that your feelings will probably be very strongly present. This is not a bad thing because our feelings have the capability to communicate vast amounts of awareness in a moment.
If you are trying to communicate to a friend or a loved one ask them if they would touch you on your right arm or if they are a dear one to you - an intimate - that they can touch you with their left hand - I'd recommend they use the back of their hand or the back of their fingers and can touch you in the center of your chest - just gently or even come close to the center of your chest because there will be a lot of feeling radiating. This form of increased communion may help them to get impressions that they can repeat to you, "Are you trying to say..." that they might begin and you can go from there.
It's a way to communicate that is really associated with our ongoing immortal personalities. Such communications will truly provide a greater sense of communion - and my definition of communion is that all parties engaged understand completely what all parties are communicating and that this takes place in a benevolent and often loving and comfortable way. For you now I feel that this improved communication skill will challenge your mind as it has challenged mine in the past so I'm going to recommend that you try the following Benevolent Magic to support this capability.
I recommend you say, "I request that my feelings and my mind become so well acquainted that they both feel completely at home and comfortable with each other and this comfort zone allows me to freely express both my thoughts and my feelings and this expression results in a benevolent experience for me and that benevolent experience results in the most benevolent outcome." Moments Of Grace We Can All Expect
When you open to spiritual possibilities many of you think of spiritual possibilities as ideas but so often they are feelings. I want to prepare you all for these feelings. Much of it will be a feeling of tremendous peace - not a thought but an actual feeling from within you. You will recognize it as a tremendous feeling of relaxation and letting go.
I know that for some of you the idea of relaxation and letting go, while desirable is not really something that you can recall on a physical basis because your lives are so intense. Some of you might identify with those moments before going to sleep and think, "Oh this must be it" and while it may very well be relaxation it is not necessarily peace. Peace is a feeling that is accompanied by a complete feeling in even - in a moment of well being.
It may be something that you will even notice after the fact. You'll say or think to yourself, "Maybe that was it." I want you to get used to the possibility of that happening because it will often happen in the most unexpected moments - a pause for a moment and then there it is. This is not something you have to earn, rather it is something that is the experience that you all have away from this planet. This planet is a school and not an easy one at that but this is the only place where we experience such a school.
Every place beyond this in all the lives we have on all the other planets is very simple, easy, loving, yes - fun. Here, we come to learn which is why we don't stay so very long. On other planets we might very well have lengthy lives - perhaps ten, twelve times the length of this but that's fine since there is no pain, no struggle, no discomfort whatsoever. Here we come to learn and learning does not mean that we have to suffer but because we do not remember who we are here so that we can literally recreate - and in order to recreate we must forget first who we are and attempt to discover who we are and in the process of attempting to discover who we are essentially reinvent ourselves or recreate ourselves. Because of that we learn new things.
I believe our planet Earth here - Mother Earth - is not intended to be a place of suffering but we have gotten out of balance so these moments that you will experience of relaxation, peace and well being are meant by Creator, as I've been taught, to remind us all of our natural state of being. It isn't some kind of experience to say - well this is the end and you're moving on to you're next life. It is a reminder and the reminder will come more frequently now regardless of our experience of where we are, of who we are or of what we're doing. This is good to know since it means that we are not dependent upon any one thought, one way of life or one belief system to have this experience.
We are not here, in my belief, to follow nor to lead. We are here to be, to experience life as benevolently as possible, to be as benevolent as possible to all life and to live as well as we can. These moments of grace that I have been speaking of, for that's really what it is, will be on you soon and some of you have already begun to experience them. This is not a one time experience. Expect it to happen from time to time and over time more often.

The Road To Revelation Of Our Capacities
An awareness now begins to dawn on many people that there is an awakening going on all around us. This awakening is not something that prompts any apparent sense of disorder, meaning a feeling of disorientation or confusion but rather an awakening to our own inner capacities.
There has long been speculation that the brain is a source of infinite possibilities if only we knew how to decode its capacities. In my experience the brain responds rather than initiates. I realize that a good argument could be made that the brain initiates but my feeling is rather, from my own experience and that which I've been taught, that the brain responds to feelings. In my experience feelings are the primary means of interacting with our world. First we have a feeling and then we react with thought. This occurs, I feel, on the basis of our conditioning and teaching when we are young by parents and others but before there is this conditioning - what takes place.
I have been taught that before we, as very young children, are taught to think before we speak or to think before we act and other teachings that are intended for our own good and are meant for that - that we have something else called instinct. I believe that instinct unites us with all forms of life.
Feeling can be complicated by thought. Consider all of the types of thought, philosophy and even classifications of our own thoughts regardless of our philosophies. This is where my conclusion is born that our brain reacts to our feelings and does not initiate feelings. I grant that memory can initiate feelings - yes but my belief is that our feelings especially when we pay attention to them can get our brains analyzing what it means, in my experience.
I'd recommend, as I have done so before here - to get to know our feelings. I'm going to recommend that you try the following. Make a brief list of feelings that you believe are the most important ones in your life. It can be five, six, maybe even seven. Granted survival might be one of them, love, perhaps happiness - there may be different ones for your list. Then I recommend that you, like a good actor, practice those feelings and notice where in your body you feel what. Then after you try that see if you can begin to practice and note what it is you are feeling on the basis of your remembered physical feelings. I know I've talked about this before. I also know that others have discussed it and that is why I feel it has validity.
Let's not wait for science to reveal how to expand our brain power. They are working on it full time I assure you, in many quarters. Let's instead begin to expand our knowledge of our own feelings. If we do that there just might be a possibility that we can expand and feel into our own capacities. Let's also remember that as souls we are all united and we co-operate with each other in many ways now. Let's assume that the impossible can be done. This is what I believe.

Feeling Thankful
How many times a day or a week do you think you might say, "Thank you." It is perhaps something that is said with the greatest of politeness and yet the words are intended to symbolize a feeling, meaning that you are showing gratitude with these words.
I have found recently that I feel better and those who I am thanking also feel much better when I - yes - say, "Thank you" alright but when I actually feel for myself the physical feeling of being thankful.
I've noticed this when I say my words that I say over food - many of us do this and yet I notice that when I actually feel the physical feelings of being grateful that I feel better and that there is a genuineness to the experience. This has prompted me to wonder how often do we say things to people when there is a feeling of, how can we say, social politeness going on.
It is not easy to bring up feelings in our complex society - meaning it's not always easy say at the office or at the factory or in the market to say, "Thank you" and bring up a feeling of being thankful because to do that one might also feel rather vulnerable or uncertain about one's act.
I'd like you to have the experience I've had however because it is such a good feeling. I feel physically better after feeling genuinely thankful - the physical feelings - you understand. I'm stressing that because it's so easy to get confused about being thankful and meaning it, mentally you understand - in our minds but not having the physical feelings - so I'd like to give you a little homework - it's been a while since I've done that eh.
I'm going to recommend that you practice feeling thankful. You can do it on your own. There's no need to involve anybody else immediately. Just practice feeling the physical feelings of thankful. It was very enlightening for me and I'm sure it will be for you as well.
If you like you can say a Living Prayer. You might say if you choose, "I am asking to find it very easy for myself to feel feelings of gratitude, thankfulness, happiness, joy, love and other benevolent feelings - to be able to practice them on my own and enjoy the good feelings for myself." You may think that sounds rather selfish but in order to be able to give people the opportunity to notice your feelings it might be good if you can notice them yourself. I have found this to be helpful. I hope it works for you.

Creation - Your Mind Is A Full Time Participant Now
It is important for you all to know now that all aspects of you can create. When you think of creating you don't always associate it with your physical body, your physical feelings, with your spiritual self (your soul), with your instinct - which is made up of your body, your feelings and your spirit - that's all - and then of course there is your mind.
The mind is not a portion of instinct and there is a reason for this. It allows you to have balance. The mind is a thought instrument meant to learn. It is here to learn and you make it a part of your being to give it a means to learn - sort of like volunteering for an extra job and yet it is in the nature of your physical body working with your feelings to know through instinct what is best for you in any given moment.
In the coming days and weeks I will speak to you much more about instinct and how to practice it so that you know the difference between instinct and thought - something that can be understood mentally but can only be understood physically when practicing and noticing and thus able to discern the difference - and you understand the difference between discerning and judging is that judging often applies standards or ethics not necessarily your own and while sometimes this is good, other times it can place a judgement in the form of a prejudice either societies or the culture you're exposed to or even your own. Whereas discernment is focused entirely on what you feel and what is your wisdom based on physical evidence.
I will say much more about these things in the days and weeks to come but today it is important to let you know that your mind is attempting to create and this is a very good thing. However your mind is the student - your physical body is made up of Earth and it is sparked by your soul which is provided by Creator. Your mind is not soulless but it is the student, that's why it is always hungering for knowledge.
Know that one of the functions of your mind has a tendency to harm you but it is very seductive in that it is not easy to know. You all know that worry does not help you but sometimes your mind confuses worry with analysis - meaning analyzing and then acting. Still you will have the opportunity to note in your physical body what is worry and what is simply analyzing and applying the best solution. The way to notice when you're worrying is that your physical body will show some signs of stress or discomfort. Then consider - have you done all you can do to apply the best solution that your mind is thinking about for a given problem. If you have done all you can do then you may be worrying which does not solve the problem therefore it is best to let the worry go.
If on the other hand you feel a warmth or a comfort in your thoughts and then, you see, then you will know that you have available to you possible solutions. Always note how it feels in your body - is it discomforting, even slightly, then perhaps there is a better solution.
Know that in this time of increased capability in creation, your mind is the student and Earth and physical reality and spirit is the teacher. If you keep that in mind - no pun intended here - then you will be able to function not only well but smoothly. We are coming into a time now that will allow much greater and much more benevolent creation.

Changes, Perceptions And Feelings In This Immediate year
Now, the beginning of your year will see many changes and you will find that co-ordinating with these changes will not always be easy. However the most unusual factor will occur and that is that physically it will be easy for you to co-ordinate with these changes but the challenging aspect will be with your mind. Your mind will be trying to apply its accumulated knowledge and wisdom to the changes that you will be experiencing but even though your feelings and your physical body will feel comfortable - even more relaxed - perceptibly - your mind will struggle. Your mind will say - as it thinks, "This doesn't seem to fit. It doesn't seem to follow and it doesn't seem to make sense and yet, it feels good."
I'm letting you know that this may occur for you because it is a change brought about by timing associated with your Souls and your Guides and your Angels and Creator of course. The timing has to do with a form of completion going on to unite all of these aspects in your physical self and more. This is a good thing but your mind will be the last one to find out that it's good. So try to observe with more then your mind your physical and feeling experiences.
You'll note that I avoid using the word - emotional. This is because this word has been given in the western cultures, as well as many others, a connotation that means - not understood and therefore less valuable then the mind whereas feelings refer to something for which there is definite physical evidence. How do you feel? Take note in your physical body - you feel warm? Do you feel cold? Do you feel happy? Do you feel sad? Sometimes people don't even know if they're happy or sad but you always know if you're warm or cold.
I present this to you not because I have the assumption that you cannot understand these basic details of your life but rather because one of the most perceptive elements that you will be able to count on in the beginning of this year is your physical body and your physical feelings.
Many times for no reason at all, a feeling will sweep over your body and if you had to interpret it mentally you would almost always interpret it as either - something wonderful is happening right now or, "I have a wonderful feeling of well being" and it will leave you with a reassurance about the future. Oh there will not be any persuasive mental evidence but it will be a feeling.
Learn to trust, to know and to understand your feelings. Recognize that your feelings are the universal method of communication that can be most easily understood by all beings on Earth regardless of what language or sounds you may make to communicate. The more we know and understand about feelings the easier our lives will become and the easier it will be to communicate with our fellow beings regardless of what language they speak or think in or the way they communicate be they man or woman, child - yes or be they animal or even plant or stone. I have been taught that everything has feelings. In my experience I have found this to be true.

Clarity For Decision Making - Part Two
I hope you've had a chance to begin working on your list that will help you to define and make clear to yourself the difference between what you think you want and what your physical body speaks in its physical feelings of these things.
What I recommend is that you take out your list now and you look at your original list of what you want, what you felt you need and so on and then you look at your remarks as to how your physical body reacted and reorder the list - write it back over again see.
Look where your physical body had the most comfortable reaction - don't judge the list, just look for the most comfortable reaction. Perhaps your physical body relaxed and felt comfortable when you said something. Perhaps some of you even felt warmth in your physical body. Those are the things to order at the top of the list and then where your physical body, when you said something, felt discomfort - those are the things at the bottom of the list. Discomfort would include tension but something like say itching for instance - unexpectedly having to scratch some part of your body - that would be somewhere in the middle just for an example but the most discomfort, tension and ill at ease feeling physically in your body - what you define as being ill at ease - tightness or pain - that's to be at the bottom of the list. Again, just write in down according to that. Don't jump to conclusions.
Now after you've completed that rewriting of the list, your list will probably be in a different order at least partly, and you will see that some of the things you really think you want and might be able to justify as needing are at the very bottom of the list and some of the things you thought perhaps were only mild wants or desires are at the top of the list. Don't move those things that are at the top of the list alright - let them be at the top of the list because that's your physical body telling you that these things are desirable and very possibly things that you can acquire in some way because your physical body not only tells you that physically they're desirable but since your physical body is involved in the creation of your reality that your physical body can draw to you the experiences that will allow these things to occur in the most benevolent way.
Now look at the list and see - there were some things that you first wrote on the list that seemed very important indeed and when you look at the list now and see them down at the bottom it makes you feel confused. Pick one of those things just to practice now and what to do is this - get another piece of paper out. Write that thing at the top of the paper the way you wrote it on your list originally and I want you to write it in at least three different ways or more if you like, restating it - alright - just restating what it is that you want or need, whatever your thought was about that thing.
We're not looking to perfect it mentally but if you can get it in a way that you feel is more clear of what you want but is that thing that you originally wrote about, that's what we're looking for. Two or three different ones would be fine - descriptions of what you want - see - but you can write more, alright. Then we're going to close up that piece of paper for a time and put it on top perhaps or with, maybe underneath the other list and cover that up and put it away for a day or so.

Clarity For Decision Making - Part One
Many of you have come to a time now in your lives where you feel you must do something and it's very vague and unclear as to what.
These times are not easily solved with thought no matter how clear your thought process may be because your thought will think of all the possibilities, examine them and lay out plans or notice what is missing in order to lay out plans and you might find that you get involved so much in what is missing to try to fill in those gaps that you may lose sight of your opportunities.
There is a means for you to locate within your personal reality what is the best thing to do, what is the best avenue to pursue and then you can decide what is the best way to pursue it. Gonna talk a little about that today.
The method is much easier than you might realize. It does involve feelings as so much in this site will involve since I feel that that is a means that has been overlooked in great part in your societies where you live and it is a means, perhaps one of the most valuable means to know what to do and yes - even how to do it in your world today.
I'm going to offer some homework for you to practice. It won't exclude your mind. First lets focus on the mental part. I'd like you to write down a list of all of the things you think you'd like to do. This is important because it can not only help you to discover how your thoughts help you but also where your thoughts might be leading you onto pathways that may not be the best and the smoothest for you but lets honor your thought process as it is.
Write down a list of all the things you'd like to do or places you like to go or places you'd like to be or work you'd like to have or anything like that. Lets include whatever, yes and when you are done or at least come to a stopping point because you might exhaust that list at some point - and you can add to it later by the way - then I'd like you to wait - just wait a few hours or if you want to wait a day or so that's fine too.
Put the list someplace where you can easily find it but fold it shut so you don't have to stare at it because then your mind will leap into thinking how you can achieve these things and I'd rather allow your mind to make up the list and then relax to do other things.
When you're ready to look at the list again to take the next step unfold the piece of paper or take off of it whatever you put over it so you didn't have to stare at it and this is what to do - ideally in some quiet place in your home or wherever you live. Just say out loud the first thing - don't say, "I want.." this or that, just say the first thing. You might have key words, you might have an actual statement. Without saying that you want it just say it out loud and notice how you feel physically in your body.
Does your body feel tight or uncomfortable? Does your body feel nervous or does your body relax and feel ease meaning you feel relaxed and comfortable with it and you might be able to define other reactions in your body. Remember now, you're not looking for thought.
You're going to say it out loud - the first thing on your list - and it doesn't have to be the highest priority, it was just the first thing you thought of to write down you see - and then you're going to notice immediately your physical reactions.
If you want to, after you notice your physical reactions - give yourself a minute or two, maybe three to notice what you feel - try not to think alright - and just say it out loud once, then after you've noticed how your body feels physically - not what you're thinking and not what you're thinking about what your body is feeling but write down the physical feelings you had in your body and if you know, where you had them - meaning - "Oh, my back felt tight" or "Oh, I felt a kind of sinking feeling in my stomach" or "Oh, I - my knees kind of started to itch." Anything like that you see. You're looking for physical things and when you have that you write those down next to that thing.
Then you relax for a moment. Try to fold the list over or put a magazine or something over it so you don't have to see it. Then when you're ready take the list out again and look at it and say the second thing out loud, again noticing your physical feelings and making notes about them if you like to when you're done.
Proceed that way right through to the end of the list. If you haven't got the time because you've had feelings and the notes took a while to write down then you can put the list away and finish it later. It would be good if you can finish it but some people's list will be long and you'll need to take time to do it. When you get done with your list - and if you've added things to the list by the way, just wait until you get done doing this physical feeling reaction to stating that thing you want or that thing you'd like as I stated before. Then I want you to look at the list - I will give you the second stage of the homework in another posting here but look at the list and fold it over and put it away.
I will give you the second part of the homework very soon to know what to do. I'm not trying to keep you confused but rather I feel it's important for you to take note of your physical reactions to these things.
For those of you who'd like to end with something benevolent though after this experience and this work that will help to give you another means to discern and make decisions - you can say if you like, the following Living Prayer. You can say, "I am asking that my clarity of discernment come to me now in the speediest and most benevolent way - that I feel good and satisfied to have it and that my access to it will be readily available to support my decision making process."

Wisdom - Feeling It And Offering It With Benevolence
In these times you have the opportunity to experience profound wisdom. Many of you seek this and I do respect that, however I feel that in order to welcome that wisdom it would be helpful if you could prime the pump so to speak - you've all heard that term perhaps. It just means really to get something ready to accept it.
So what I'm going to suggest is for you to imagine what it would be like to be wise. I don't mean having great mental capacities but rather there are certain feelings physically, that go with being wise. One might expect that one of them is certainty but that's not true. With wisdom there is a degree of certainty but mostly what you find is the physical feeling of being calm. This does not mean that one is always calm but in moments of wisdom where one speaks either with inspiration or with knowledge or both one often feels calm and even self-assured.
So I'm going to suggest that you practice as an actor might feeling calm as best as you can imagine it. Then after that, practice feeling self-assured as best as you can imagine it. This is a calm and self-assurance that does not come from any performance but it will prepare your physical body to have the self-confidence that allows you not only to welcome your own wisdom but to feel safe when sharing that wisdom with others. Remember you don't tell people your wisdom, you notice when it is welcome. Learn to look for an opening in the conversation - a moment when there is a gap.
Perhaps a friend or a family member has stated a problem and if you have something that you have used to solve that problem this is what I recommend that you say - I don't recommend that you say, "You know what you could do. You might try this or you might try that." I'd recommend you say this exactly - it works and does not offend - I'd recommend you say, "I recall having that situation come up" or "I remember experiencing that too and this is what I did to resolve it - and even though its come up again I still use this to resolve it and it works for me." Then go on to describe what you used for you, in those terms, trying to avoid at all times to tell the person what they can do for themselves. When you speak of your wisdom, try to make it personal. In this case you will be able to speak of something that you know works for you even though it may not work for them at all, you will be speaking your personal wisdom and you will be speaking it in a way that it won't be unwelcome.
The person is less likely to feel like you're telling them what to do - you know how that feels - it doesn't feel good but if they're talking about how they resolved it for themselves you are offering them the option to try that for themselves or to have hope that since you solved it for yourself or were inspired to solve it and it worked and it continues to work that they can continue to search because if one person solved it perhaps another will be able to and to that end I'd like to recommend that you say the following Benevolent Magic.
I recommend you say, "I request that when I have the opportunity to share my wisdom that I be able to do so in the most benevolent way and that those moments of sharing wisdom be received benevolently and result in the most benevolent outcome."
Now the reason we say benevolent so much is we want to make it clear for ourselves how we want to have the experience and how we'd like it to be received. So anybody that wants to do extra credit homework, go ahead and look up the word "benevolent." I know most of you have probably already done that but it is an interesting thing how often we desire these characteristics in our lives and if you want more benevolence in your life then I'm going to recommend that you say the following Living Prayer. "I am asking that my life be filled with benevolence at every opportunity and that I have the opportunity to pass on benevolence to others when the moment may occur and that my resource of benevolence always remains full and open to receiving and giving when needed."

Welcoming The Rain
Now I'd like to provide you all with something that will come in very handy from time to time and that is this, there are some of you who are living in area's that need rain - granted some of you are living in area's that have to much rain but for those of you who are living in places that need rain - perhaps you have a farm and you might be doing some dry farming than of course you need the rain.
I want to give you some homework that you can use to welcome the rain. It is not a command - after all you are a guest living on Earth, Mother Earth, but like a good son or daughter you might be able to request from your Mother something you need but first you need to know something about how to do the request.
So the next time it rains, I want you to do something. Go outside and stand in the rain. If it is terrible rain with wind and frightening and dangerous don't do that but if there is a point where the rain is coming down but you can stand in it comfortably than go out and stand in the rain and let it rain on the top of your head and on your body safely for you but the idea is so that you can feel it touching your head and your face.
You don't have to do this for long, just long enough so that you can feel it. You want to memorize to the best of your ability the feeling of rain landing on your body. If you're not wearing anything covering your arms then notice that too. Notice the rain as it touches your body.
Try to do this at a time when it is all right - when it is enjoyable. Not if you've just had your hair cut and you're ready to go to that party or something but rather when it is enjoyable so that you have a remembrance of how the rain felt on your body as an enjoyable experience, you see - like that. You want to make sure that it is like that because then you will know how to request the rain.
Then say, you are having a drought - as I say perhaps you are a farmer but you might also simply be a citizen and be aware that there is a drought and know that the rain is needed. Then what to do - you don't necessarily have to have your arms bare but at least have your head bare if you can. If you have to wear a garment on the top of your head or shrouding your head that's all right but the most important thing is to be able to recall how that rain felt on your body. If you wish you can bare your arms or your head if that works better for you.
Go outside and stand in the outside - in the outside world, meaning go outside from your home or your dwelling and remember to the best of your ability how that rain felt. You don't have to say - rain please come - anything like that. That's a thought. In order to request rain - rain is most likely to come when it is requested physically and it will come if it is also needed, meaning that the more that can be supporting your request the better. So if there are plants and trees around and they need rain they will also be asking for rain - you don't have to ask them to ask, they are asking now alright and then stand out there and remember how the rain felt on your body.
You don't have to look up at the sky, you can if you like. Just do that focusing entirely to the best of your ability, without thinking, on how the rain felt on your body. You can do that for one, two, up to three minutes if you like but you don't have to do it any longer than that.
When you are done just say, "Thank you," that's all or you can say, "Goodlife." That's a blessing and it's a greeting and it's also a way of offering - it's like saying goodbye. You could say hello, you could say goodbye and you can offer a blessing - goodlife, you see. It is something that Mother Earth encourages. Than you may go on about your business. What this does is that it supports the rain coming by welcoming it. We all know that we like to be welcomed wherever we go. We like our friends to welcome us and we like to feel welcome even by those we don't know so that we feel safe and secure and can relax and be ourselves because we are welcome. Rain, as part of Mother Earth's body is also like that.
Mother Earth wants to teach you how to live in harmony with your world and this is one way you can do it. Another time I will give you a suggestion on how to welcome the sun if there is too much rain.

Not if you've just had your hair cut and you're ready to go to that party or something but rather when it is enjoyable so that you have a remembrance of how the rain felt on your body as an enjoyable experience, you see - like that. You want to make sure that it is like that because then you will know how to request the rain.
Then say, you are having a drought - as I say perhaps you are a farmer but you might also simply be a citizen and be aware that there is a drought and know that the rain is needed. Then what to do - you don't necessarily have to have your arms bare but at least have your head bare if you can. If you have to wear a garment on the top of your head or shrouding your head that's all right but the most important thing is to be able to recall how that rain felt on your body. If you wish you can bare your arms or your head if that works better for you.
Go outside and stand in the outside - in the outside world, meaning go outside from your home or your dwelling and remember to the best of your ability how that rain felt. You don't have to say - rain please come - anything like that. That's a thought. In order to request rain - rain is most likely to come when it is requested physically and it will come if it is also needed, meaning that the more that can be supporting your request the better. So if there are plants and trees around and they need rain they will also be asking for rain - you don't have to ask them to ask, they are asking now alright and then stand out there and remember how the rain felt on your body.
You don't have to look up at the sky, you can if you like. Just do that focusing entirely to the best of your ability, without thinking, on how the rain felt on your body. You can do that for one, two, up to three minutes if you like but you don't have to do it any longer than that.
When you are done just say, "Thank you," that's all or you can say, "Goodlife." That's a blessing and it's a greeting and it's also a way of offering - it's like saying goodbye. You could say hello, you could say goodbye and you can offer a blessing - goodlife, you see. It is something that Mother Earth encourages. Than you may go on about your business. What this does is that it supports the rain coming by welcoming it. We all know that we like to be welcomed wherever we go. We like our friends to welcome us and we like to feel welcome even by those we don't know so that we feel safe and secure and can relax and be ourselves because we are welcome. Rain, as part of Mother Earth's body is also like that.
Mother Earth wants to teach you how to live in harmony with your world and this is one way you can do it. Another time I will give you a suggestion on how to welcome the sun if there is too much rain.

Experience Feeling In A New And Benevolent Way
Now for those of you who've been reading this blog from the beginning and have been practicing some of the training and advice and guidance given here, I would like you to say now - just stop while you're reading this and say, "I am asking that my capacities to expand spiritually and benevolently because of reading and practicing the benevolent training on this blog serve me well to improve the quality of my life and the quality of lives around me whom I feel would benefit simply by being nearby."
Now why do I say that? Now when you practice these things, after a while or perhaps right away for many of you, you will feel a benevolent energy. Energy naturally radiates whether it is benevolent or not. You know this - you have walked into a room from time to time or gone into a room somehow and someone angry was in there and you felt it right away, there was a tension, your body warning you that you need to be alert for something. That was energy naturally radiating.
It is not unlike a light bulb, the energy is present and the light radiates but even for sensitive people you might note that the energy might be present even if the light can no longer radiate in the case of a light bulb that is burned out. You may not always feel that but it is there. It is even a little more subtle yet for saying Living Prayers and Benevolent Magic but it does have its impact.
If you want to try this out I want to give you something you can do. If you like you can have a trusted friend, someone you feel good about and someone who feels good about you, in the room or perhaps two of you who are doing this practice on this blog. You can both do this at the same time, it might be an interesting experience for you.
Why don't you say this - it will be a Living Prayer but it is also intended to bring about a feeling. Why don't you both say out loud, quietly so that you don't disturb each other but out loud, "I am asking that Gold Light Beings and Light Beings come to me now and fill me with as much gold light and light that is compatible with the gold light as I can comfortably experience. I am also asking that I be able to feel it to the extent that I am comfortable feeling it." That's all, just a Living Prayer, and see what happens.
You might feel a little warmth, if you do that's a physical evidence of your spirit and body showing love. If the other person in the room is also feeling it you may notice a increase in that feeling if you've had it before. This is something worth trying in a room with many people who are practicing what's on this blog.
I'm not suggesting you turn the blog into a religion, that's not the whole point. The point is that you can discover that many times what you read on this blog, that is intended to help you and improve the quality of your life and perhaps the quality of life for people around you, can be harmonious with others doing the same thing and if you feel the energy and it feels benevolent and there are other people in the room perhaps more than one other you may feel it even more benevolently than you usually do on your own. Try this if you like with one or another or more people if you are doing this as a group and see how it feels.
We will build on this as time goes on as I want you to have skills and abilities that you can use to create a more pleasant life for yourself, yes more benevolent and more benevolent for those around you and sometimes more benevolent regardless of what is going on around you.
One last statement for you to consider, I know that you feel the word - impossible - is a fact. Never assume when it comes to benevolence that anything is impossible. Assume, just assume even as a theory or consider assuming, that the impossible may be possible when it comes to benevolence. You may simply need the assistance of others, be they human, be they Spirit, be they animal or plant, be they planets, be they loving Creator or Creator's friends. Help is available. It will help you to know how to ask for it and that is why benevolentmagic.blogspot.com exists.

Benevolent Magic
Welcome. I am hopeful that over time as you read this Benevolent Magic blog that you will not only learn of my trust and belief in the value of this but that you will be able to literally, as I have done, change your life for the better.
It is so profoundly simple. According to my experience there are Beings, benevolent, loving, Light Beings who will make connections between all life on the soul level - not coercing anyone to do anything that they don't want to do but only requesting if it is comfortable for all Beings that there be the slightest, and it is the slightest for most people, alteration in their activities, motions, possibly even thoughts that is completely and totally compatible and benevolent for them.
Most people will not feel anything when ones statement of Benevolent Magic is completed but if there is anything felt it will only be benevolent.
The wonderful thing about requesting something in Benevolent Magic is that it can only be good for you and others and if by error or by mistake a Benevolent Magic is requested that is not good for yourself or not good for others it will be automatically, by the Beings who help to link all Beings up in this method of creation, it will automatically not go through.
So it is completely safe to use in my experience and I hope you will find it that way too. Please read the posts after this one and you will get many specific instructions on how to say Benevolent Magic.
There is another matter I want to bring up and that is that I find that for myself when I hear about or even when I come to know about through the news or what people tell me - some event - perhaps
that someone is ill that I know or perhaps there is some tragedy somewhere in my neighborhood, in my city or in the world, there is a wonderful thing we can say.

I have said it and I know that it is more than a prayer - and I know prayer is wonderful - and that is what is called Living Prayer. It is called Living Prayer because it effects the living in benevolent ways and I know we all want to have a benevolent impact on the world if we possibly can.
For example, you might try to say something that would serve some greater good. I would
recommend, as a beginning that you, when you're watching the news, if you can when you come across some sadness or tragedy turn it off or mute it for a moment and then say the following Living Prayer: "I am asking..." (and then you fill in the news event - perhaps that car crash or that sickness or disease and then you say where - you don't have to give all the details - you say where it happened and you go on and say) ..."that all those individuals who need help receive all the help they need benevolently, from all those Beings who can help them."
Say this when you've just seen the news or read about it or heard about it. Say it as soon as possible but only if you have the feeling and desire to help.
What truly activates Living Prayer is feeling. It is my belief that feeling is what is the operative creation or the operative function of our world. Many of us have noticed how feeling dogs are or
how feeling cats are or horses or other animals, that their feelings seem to be very noticeable and of course we all know that our feelings are important too.

Everyone, every Human Being, every animal, and I believe every plant and every portion of Creation has feeling and that this is a form of universal language.
I believe that through the use of feeling in benevolent ways we can truly improve our world. It's working for me. I hope you find it of value.
