Being More Of Yourself
Where in the world can you find a state of being that will help you to feel more of yourself within and externally as you demonstrate your personality to others and at the same time to feel safe to show it.
I'll tell you where. It's important for you to have a sense of yourself. This is hard to find sometimes.
The older you get the more you're conditioned and experiencing the consequences and effects of all your exposure to this and that or this or that person but in the center of the Earth there's a great deal of reserve of everyone's heart energy.
So if you can, to do this, sit on the ground outside. If you can't sit right on the ground than sit on a low slung chair so you can reach down with your hands. Don't touch the ground with the palm of your hands or your fingertips.
Rather just let your arms hang down either side of the chair and relax your fingers so they're curled a bit and touch the backs of your fingers to the ground.
Then extend yourself - meaning allow your energy, your awareness - alright - of your physical self to flow down your shoulders into your elbows and into your fingertips and then straight on down into the ground. Try it through both arms.
If one doesn't feel good then pull the energy back up both and lift up the hand that didn't feel good doing that. Leave the other hand down there or put the other hand back down there and extend your energy. Stay in your body but extend your energy into the ground so that you get to a point where you have a good feeling. It may not be all the way to the center of the Earth, it may just be a short way.
You'll probably get that feeling in your solar plexus. It may be warm, it may just be a good feeling. When you get that feeling - wait until the feeling fades - alright. When the feeling fades then remove your hand from the ground and relax for a moment.
After you've relaxed for a moment, which could be anywhere up to a minute or two, then you can get up and go on about your life.
You can do this up to 3 times and there is no great timing involved. If you do it one day don't do it until the next day or you can do it a week later or a month later or a year later but it won't have the same effect if you do it 2 or 3 times the same day - alright.
After you've done that at least once and you get a quiet moment sometime then say this - first asking for all the most benevolent energies that are available for you to be all around and about you and pausing for just a few seconds.
Then say, "I am asking that I have all the portions of my personality that I need now to express myself as myself in the world in which I'm living which will result in the most benevolent outcome..." pause for a moment "...for all beings."
That's what I recommend now. I hope it helps you. Goodlife.

The Animals And Plants Help To Prepare Us
There has been some interest in the departure of some of the animals and plants on Earth. I will say now that some of these beings are being called home to their times, planets and other places of existence.
When they come to Earth, as I've been taught, they appear in the Earth form that most closely defines their hearts and spirits. They do not know whether they're going to be a fish, a dog or a cat. Their heart and spirit defines their appearance.
This is why sometimes you will see an animal that is acting strangely when it is very young. This does not necessarily always mean there is something wrong with it, it can simply be surprised at the form it has taken. There are other comparisons. Sometimes you will see very unexpectedly a plant growing in an unexpected place - perhaps a carrot or a flower growing in a very unlikely place. At times like this you are often seeing the form of life, defined by its heart and spirit that is new to that form on Earth and very often of a fairly independent spirit.
When a plant form is entirely new on Earth, never having visited here, it does not always feel any sense of obligation to be born amongst others and sometimes then will choose to be born in a rare and unexpected place. Let's all do what we can to welcome the animals and plants and help them to feel welcome. I feel that we are being trained in the larger sense to not only get used to and accommodate a wide variety of beings - as we are exposed here not only to each other and to the wide variety of personalities that we have here - but also to all the animals and plants.
While we ourselves may not do this, some of the youngest amongst us may and that is that someday our peoples will go out into space and explore and meet other life forms of which there are a myriad. Our experience with a variety of different life forms on Earth will prepare us for this. So let's get used to treating these life forms as benevolently as possible and enjoying them for their own personalities as well as the personalities we sometimes project, with the best of intentions, on them.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Finding Your Family Of Friends
Nowadays you find that there are unexpected events occurring in your life. It's not unusual to have surprises but there is a greater amount of the unexpected happening on a regular basis and because of this I feel it is vitally important to let you know what's going on.
There is what I would call a sorting out period going on now where people and family's of friends alright, are attempting to find each other and in the course of this attempt what is going on is that what is normally unrevealed - meaning that which you might hold close about your personality - is being prompted by many different factors to be revealed. Sometimes you're embarrassed by this and other times even though you're embarrassed you just feel you have to say how you feel or what you think about something.
Oh granted, there are times when you may go to far like anyone might but there are other times when you are surprised by the reaction of others around you. Many people say, "Yes, you're right" and,"Just what I was thinking" and so on. I'm bringing this to your attention because while it is a good time to make new friends, not just because of occasional outbursts you have as a result of the unexpected but because it is a time when there is a need within us all.
It is as if our hearts and feelings are crying out to be with those who like us for being exactly who we are - with whom we do not need to put on any pretense or a false face in order to be liked or approved of. There are what I would call family's of friends. This is a little different than family's of consciousness where you might have people or beings, you might say in a general sense, who have a similar spiritual agenda or practice that they are seeking to apply or applying in some way.
Family's of friends are different. This is a large group of people. It comprises the bulk of humanity but you are scattered all over the Earth. As a result of this scattering it is not always possible to know who will like you for being exactly who you are so sometimes Creator and creation itself will - not just stir up the pot but will add things to your life alright, and to the lives of people around you not to create disharmony or discomfort but rather - clearly designed to extract from us all displays of our own personality. I want to encourage you now to allow that to take place - oh not to go to extremes and harm yourself or harm another but I feel it's alright to reveal your personality.
Not everyone's going to pat you on the back and say, "Yes, right on" but some people might notice how similar your personality, your statements, your feelings is to their own. I feel it is a time now when family's of friends are attempting to find each other and one of the best ways to encourage that to happen is to reveal your personality. Don't be too shy okay. It's alright if not everyone likes you - there will be those that do and those are the ones that you may wish to make new friends with. I feel it is perfectly alright to want and need to be liked for being exactly who you are and to want and need friends in your life that you like for being exactly who they are because you are attracted to that. I feel that this is happening now in terms of our hearts and souls desires to be with our family of friends.
So be yourself as long as you can do so without being destructive of yourself and others and allow people to see your personality okay - and to that end I'm going to provide you with a Benevolent Magic that will support that. I recommend you say, "I request that I have the strength, the courage and the confidence to reveal my personality in the most benevolent way for me which will allow others to appreciate me for who I am and that this will result in the most benevolent outcome."
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

The Path
There has been an increasing sense amongst many of you that some great change is impending - not is coming but is actually impending and it's true. There is an urgent feeling of need amongst a great many people on this planet to be loved and accepted and appreciated for being exactly who you are right now even though you may not be presenting any form of what you might consider perfection to the world.
Perfection you know is something that is more of a mental concept then a practical reality. It is in our nature to be human beings. It is not of course in our nature to be some impractical, unrealistic form of perfection. Keep in mind something that I have found valuable and that is that some of the most creative people in the world who have left the most wonderful things for us to use - often called geniuses but they probably would not have called themselves that. As a matter of fact in their own time they would have considered themselves to be eccentric, not crazy, eccentric because they were so devoted to some particular form of interest that they thought of themselves as actually being out of balance and yet who's to say that that wasn't a perfection of their own.
The main gauge that I have found to know whether you are being your perfect self is - are you harming yourself or are you harming others. A wise being once said to me and others that that is the gauge that is most important. That being used to say that the definition of being self destructive was harming yourself or harming another since we are all a portion of the same thing. We are not glued to each other at the hip but we are part of the same race - the human race and therefore one of the most important things we must remember is that being our own personality is what contributes to the entirety of the human personality.
Practice if you can doing things that are benevolent for yourself and benevolent for others. Remember sometimes people around us want to fall into line with some thought, practice or philosophy that they feel is good but think to yourself - you can think for yourself - is this self destructive? Am I harming myself? Am I harming others? If so this may not be part of the practical, realistic human overall personality.
I believe that it is our nature to not be self destructive. I believe we are taught that either by example or we react that way and you can tell this by just taking a look at babies. Babies are born curious. They respond well to love and they naturally provide love as well. They are not then born self destructive.
We are all babies that have matured so if we have any self destructive habits we have learned them and we can shed them. Do your best. I'm not expecting perfection.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

An Actor's Workshop. Try It And Discover More About Yourself.
Many of you have experienced a sense of frustration lately, some of you with the regulations that your society has set up in order to conduct itself efficiently and peacefully, since they at times seem to suppress and discourage your display of personality.
The one thing about these kind of regulations however is that they very often allow for the unexpected. The unexpected, when it is entertaining, enjoyable or otherwise harmless is frequently considered a pleasantry by societies at least those who enjoy artistic expression.
I'm going to recommend that if you wish to be artistic and show that side of yourself that there is a way to express yourself that does not harm society and does not harm you nor bring any risk to you and it's fun.
If you can travel, even by bus or subway or by vehicle of some sort, perhaps five, ten, twenty, thirty miles from your home or more to someplace where you are completely unknown - as far as you know, nobody knows you there eh - then I recommend that you wear clothes; you can buy them used if that is what you can afford or you could even in some cases rent them or in other cases perhaps you could purchase them and enjoy the purchase - I'm going to recommend then that you wear clothes that are completely unlike what you normally wear.
Think of yourself as an actor practicing a role. Let that role be benevolent please so that you do not scare people nor cause undue concern. You don't want to do something in society that upsets people. Think rather about it as a role that might be considered glamorous or attractive or benevolent in some way.
Make sure that it is something that would be fun to you, perhaps something you've admired, but try to make sure that, if you're not a Doctor don't wear a Doctor's smock and stethoscope, for instance. We don't want you to be drawn into some emergency situation and have to try to pretend eh. No, make it something that's fun and enjoyable.
Then for that day, while you're there you don't have to pretend to be something you're not, just walk around and be different and I'll tell you how you'll be different - you don't have to pretend to be different - you will simply notice that the way people react to you, wearing those garments, is entirely different than the way they might react to you otherwise. You will notice subtle differences, yes but you will also notice differences that are totally unlike what you might have expected.
This is not just to discover how it is to walk in someone else's shoes, as the saying goes. It is to discover aspects of your personality that are available to you that might improve the quality of your life. Many of you might very well have the inner thought, "If only I could ..." eh? This would be an opportunity then, to experience that.
It is unlikely that someone will come up to you and say, "What are you doing?" meaning they might know you - perhaps they are there too. If, in the unlikely event that happens, you simply say, "Oh, hi. I am practicing for a role I'm considering playing in a little theatre group." Something like that and that's not entirely untrue.
The whole purpose of this exercise is to discover other aspects of your personality that you can display for your benefit. Many's the time in your life, especially when you are young and blooming in your personality that you will experience a suppression of that either because of circumstances of the moment or conditioning of your culture - there are many possibilities - and then that aspect of your personality is submerged temporarily. You'd be surprised how many qualities you have to express, as your unique self, that when brought to the surface and allowed to be displayed might be something you'd enjoy.
I wouldn't make a habit of doing this but every once in a while it could be a lot of fun, not to fool people but to discover - what is there about me I don't know.
Try it out sometime if you like. I think it will be fun and remember, after you've had the experience and you're back home or even on the way home, make notes or try to remember - what's the difference between how it was for me in this other location and how it is for me at home.
Also, because then you'll make notes about how people interacted with you or how they reacted to you, most importantly how was I different wearing these other clothes and prompted by other people's reactions to me to display other characteristics about my personality. Do I like that in myself? Would I like to be that more?
If you would like that, how can I be that at home so that I can be myself. It is a way to discover how to be yourself especially if you are living in a situation in which people expect you to be only one thing - that which they've become used to in your being.
So, find out about yourself and discover new talents, new capabilities and discover that no matter how much people think of you as being one thing, there is much greater depth to you then you may have known before.
Goodlife.
