Too Many Memories?

This is for people who have too many memories that trigger pain and sadness in their bodies because they have what’s called a photographic mind. I recommend you do the following. 

First relax in as quiet a situation as possible. If quiet is not possible then it is alright to plug your ears with your hands or use earplugs.

First say the following slowly: “I am asking that all the most benevolent energies that are available for me be all around me and about me now.” Wait until you feel the energy come up or if your not sure wait for 20 to 30 seconds or a little more if it feels right. 

Then say this slowly: “I request that all memories that trigger pain and sadness in me be permanently erased from my mind in the most benevolent way for me resulting in the most benevolent outcome for me now.”

If you do not have a photographic mind but you do have memories that you can’t seem to let go of that are only causing you to suffer and feel uncomfortable then say the first part as above where you ask for the energies to be around you.

Then say this: “I am asking that all my memories that cause me to feel bad and uncomfortable that I would like to release be cleared from me now that I may live a more comfortable life.”

If you feel the energy, wait until it fades a bit and you can just barely feel it before you do other things. That’s what I recommend. Goodlife
