Discomforting Energies?
Energies can sometimes be difficult especially if left intentionally or even unintentionally by human beings in various places. This is particularly possible in hotel rooms or places that people stay when they are on their travels.
I recommend that you try procedures that I’ve suggested, such as for psychic attack or in the case of other discomforts that are just a vague feeling of unrest you might get in a place you’re temporarily staying to request clearing and also if it is someplace where you must be for a short time such as in a plane or a train, some place where you have an assigned seat you understand, then you can say this.
You can say it to yourself if someone is near you but please say it out loud even if you have to whisper it, it’s alright to hold your hand up to your mouth to do that. You can if you like also say the preamble first. Then say these words, “I am asking that I be insulated and protected from the discomforts I feel around me and may that happen now in the safest and most benevolent way for me.” That’s what I recommend. Why We Ask For Benevolent Energies
Why do we ask for all the most benevolent energies that are available for us to be all around us and all about us before we request a transformation in the form of benevolent magic, living prayer, true magic and so on?
Well of course these are the beings who will help to bring about what you are requesting in the most benevolent way, as I’ve said before but there is more.
The very presence of these beings will help to relax you. Then instead of having upsetting feelings or even grief or some such, as you might in an urgent situation for yourself or others, you’ll feel better and it will help to bring about what you are requesting.
This is why I talk so much about feelings because how you feel before and during a request may help to generate the most benevolent outcome that you are requesting.
Remember always that you are a portion of the transformation you are requesting. So, if you remember this you will not only feel better about what you are doing or what you have been able to find out has been done but you will also be able to feel grateful not only for the co-operation of others but also for your own physical self and your feeling self and yes, your spiritual self in helping to bring it about.

Feel It As Well As Say It
The words you say in Benevolent Magic and Living Prayer are important because they set your intent but they're not a substitute for having that intent as a feeling. When you say the words it is an advantage to have the feeling in your body, the physical feeling, or you might say - the passion - the intention - that the words seem to be defining. So it's a complete thing.
I wanted to share this with you today because I think that there's some people who believe or feel that Benevolent Magic or Living Prayer or both might just be another thing you say - just words - but it isn't.
It's all about the energy. That's why it's so important to make the request before you do your Benevolent Magic or Living Prayer, "I am asking that all the most benevolent energies that are available for me be all around me and all about me now." Then wait and notice what you feel.
It would also be good to practice that without even doing a Living Prayer or Benevolent Magic so that you can recognize how those energies feel in your body. The goal is to get to the point where it feels really good.
It's a gentle feeling, it's a comfortable feeling. You may feel nurtured or loved, appreciated, accepted for who you are - in short it makes you feel good. Some of you may also feel warmth.
So that's something I feel is important to share with you today. These are pointers and tips that I feel are very helpful for you to understand.
It doesn't mean that if you cannot feel these physical feelings that you cannot do Living Prayer or Benevolent Magic. It does mean however that it's something you can strive for because it might improve the results, according to what you desire, or it might bring those results around quicker.
In any event it will help you to fine tune your spiritual and/or shamanic capabilities. I'll give you these tips from time to time and I hope that it will help you to achieve your spiritual goals and improve the quality of your life, the lives of your loved ones and friends and the life of all beings.

Helping Yourself With Your Own Assistance, Part 2
Greetings. Last time I spoke about a way to welcome transformation of some discomfort into a more benign and comfortable feeling. This time I want to give you a little review.
So there may be some discomforts that won't go away that way but it's possible that these may not be your discomforts. Oh you feel them alright - they're uncomfortable but it's not impossible that it's some energy you've picked up somewhere along the line that was either floating around in the air as energies do very often - that we don't necessarily see them - some of the more sensitive of you may but it's not always clear is it whether this is something that is good for you or bad. You will generally know if you are a sensitive and can see these things by the way you feel when they come into contact with you.
So something simple to do. If you're feeling a little uncomfortable or achy painy of course it might be necessary to go see the doctor or nurse but you could try this as well.
Lay down someplace comfortable or sit down in a comfortable chair, either way. Try to always make sure when doing this that there's not going to be anything that disturbs you, so you might have to do it at some time of the day or night when you're less likely to be disturbed - and turn the ringer off on the phone if you can.
Then I recommend you say the following. You might say, "I am asking that gold light beings and light beings who are compatible with the gold light or compatible with gold light beings or both come now and clear me of any energies or entities in any form that are harming me or that could harm me or that are harming my energy body in, around and near me and please do this for me now in the most benevolent way."
Then wait. Some of you might feel a warmth or some other form of benevolent energy that feels good to you. Just relax and try to remain in the same position. So of course you can see that it's important to be in a comfortable position before you start and of course you can breathe and so on.
It might be good to have your eyes closed. Try not to think but if you catch yourself thinking then just relax and don't. Just stop. Don't give yourself a hard time about it - it's natural to start thinking - and then just relax.
If you happen to fall asleep that's alright. Either way, whether you're able to just relax for 10 minutes or so or you fall asleep and wake up the chances are you'll feel a little better after you wake up.
This is something you can do to clear yourself of energies or entities that happened upon you.
These beings, gold light beings and light beings who are compatible with the gold light, can function and remove such things and it will be helpful to you to have such a means of cleansing yourself. It is very simple, they are happy to do it and it will add to what I said last time to help you feel better.
So for those of you who are working in and around a lot of people all the time or situations where there's a lot a agitation such as driving through heavy traffic and well - you can think of lots of others, this is the kind of thing that might be useful to do once a day but it can even be done at work at some point if you can get away from everybody for a few minutes - five, ten minutes will do it - but that may not be possible. So then try to do it when you get home or to a quiet place. It may very well help you to feel better.
I am hopeful that these things I am sharing with you will improve the quality of your life in the most benevolent way.

Claiming Your Desires
Invoking for yourself an insight, you might try a short piece of personal advice and that is that in order to bring about a benevolent change in your life it may be valuable to insert into your physical self a simple device and that is - to progress slowly.
Now why do I call this a device? It is this. In the world in which you find yourselves now, most of you, it's all about rush, rush, hurry, hurry - not necessarily because you want to do this but rather out of necessity. Therefore I'd like to suggest something that you do that is an actual physical action and may seem a little bizarre but I feel that it is a commitment and I'm going to suggest two ways to do it.
One, for those of you who feel benevolent energies - and I think you know what I mean - when you do your meditations or prayers or anything that brings about an enlightened state of feeling within you - then during the time of feeling that energy which you will probably feel from the top down though you might feel it in your feet I recommend that you focus on that energy, breathe it down into your body or feel it strongly in your feet and while focused on the energy - wherever you feel it as long as it is a benevolent energy - meaning feels good to you - then I recommend swallowing.
You can breathe in focused on that energy if you like and breathe out, meaning feeling it moving throughout your body or you can swallow. Now let me take the swallowing one step further. In order to do the insertion this is what I recommend - you can if you know how to do this and many of you do and even if you don't in this day and age it is possible to do so with food - either with some food agent that allows you to take some portion of it and draw a pattern or a word in the food and then consume it consciously looking at the word or pattern, swallow your intention.
How do I mean that? For example, say there is a soft surface to a food you are consuming. If so write in with a implement a word, a single word or a symbol that represents to you some value that you wish to have within yourself. I'm not saying that this symbolic action will automatically create that value but it can embrace from within that value as a conscious mental activity. It is very difficult you know to actually engage your physical body in a mental way that is harmonic to both of those portions of you. Often the mind attempts to exert its will on your physical body and the mind being the student, as I see it, can do that only poorly. Whereas your physical body, able to produce and experience and observe evidence - to say nothing of following up with applications that you may provide or indicate to others - is truly the teacher.
The teacher tells you about the environment you are in and gives you physical evidence through your sensing devices and your feelings to prove that what you experience is so, at least in that moment for you. So I recommend - since I don't want you to write down on a piece of paper and swallow it, some symbol, word or sign that is appropriate to your desire and consume it.
For those of you who want a third method then you can if you have the ability focus on the creation through imagination and feelings a object - or a non physical creation - for which I will give more information on at some point if there is interest - and can lay this thing which you can use some perceptions to feel on your physical chest or solar plexus - I would recommend - oh - the length of your thumb up from your solar plexus and allow it to sink in as long as it is symbolically in your mind that which represents what you desire or need.
I do not guarantee that this will help to bring it about but I feel that the claiming of your desire symbolically, mentally and to the best of your ability physically in a safe and benevolently way might be a way to bring about some greater element of attraction within you to or for what you want.
Remember, make it something benevolent and not manipulative. All things have their own attractions. Some may seem more appealing than others at times but they may not be for you. Try to keep it then general. If you want a new car for instance, don't make it a specific type. If you want a relationship don't make it a specific person. Rather ask for the qualities that you personally would like to feel in that ideal relationship or the qualities you'd like to experience in that car or house or whatever you're requesting - you understand?
