Shopping With Love And Safety
After reading this article in the New York Times about counterfeit foods I was concerned, of course.
There is a way that I recommend you utilize when you're buying food. I've used it to my benefit and shared it with a number of people. I'd like to share it with you. I cannot guarantee it will work for you but I've used it and it works for me.
First off you will need to learn how to do what I call Heart Warmth*. It is actually a form of experiencing a physical effect of loving yourself which simply can also be used to ease your day especially if you're having a tough one or after a tough day. It may help you to feel better, I believe. I have communicated about this before.
For acquiring food, for those of you who can already do the Heart Warmth since I've been teaching it for many years now, this is what I recommend.
Say you're in a grocery store. You're walking up and down the aisles. You pick up a box or a can or a bag of something. Just hold it up in front of your chest**. Notice how your body feels. Do you feel warmth? Do you feel a slight discomfort? If you feel discomfort put it down immediately and relax. You could try a different package or a different brand name or check it again next time when you're in the store.
If you felt warmth I've always interpreted that to mean that my body's telling me it's okay and it has turned out that way when I've consumed it. I do look at the label and the ingredients though after that, of course.
This is something I'm suggesting to you especially because of these times and because of the apparent hazards as written in the article about counterfeit foods.
Also I would like to recommend this Benevolent Magic. You just need to say it once with these words. "I request that all the food I consume be safe and benevolent for me and result in the most benevolent outcome for me now."
Now in the case of someone who might make food for the family or friends you would say this Living Prayer. "I am asking that all the food I acquire and make for my friends and family be safe and benevolent for us all in the most benevolent way now."

*Heart - Warmth:
I recommend that you sit down in a comfortable chair in a quiet spot at a quiet time of the day - turn off the ringer on the phone so you won't be disturbed - and just ask for some quiet time from friends and family. Then put your hands on your heart area - just let them sit there and you may notice a feeling of warmth that is noticeable in or around your heart. Keep your hands there and let the feeling be present.
It might come up in some other part of your body - perhaps your stomach or your solar plexus - maybe someplace else. When you notice that feeling of warmth see if you can just go into it - don't think about it - just go into that physical feeling of warmth and see if you can feel it more. I recommend then that every day or every other day you try to have that experience of physical warmth in your body using the method I have described here.
If you do not notice the feeling of warmth keep trying for about 10 to 15 minutes and then relax. Wait a few days and try again.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**There's another technique. You take your hand and put it in the Wand Position:
and you point to a specific package or box or can or in the case of fruits and vegetables - to a bunch, for example, and notice how you feel. Do you get the warmth in that area of your body? That's a way that can help.

Instinct and Mastery
More about who we are and why we're here: We are born with instinct as you might find here or here and also some levels of mastery in our deep soul reservoir and spirit. We will learn some levels of Material Mastery and even some about Quantum Mastery in our lives in order to survive and thrive. This is especially important as we live through 2011 and 2012 and will be applied well beyond this time.

Understanding Your Instinct
You now have an opportunity to learn more about how your physical body actually functions and communicates with you. You may think that your thought is in command but it is not. Your physical body is the wise one, it's just that the wisdom is not linear as in thought. It is immediate in the instant moment that you are in.
Your physical body communicates in physical feelings and the cornerstone of physical feelings is instinct. There will be some simple homework here for you to discover more about your own instinct.

Further Tips and Tweaks on Feeling the Heart Warmth
Both Anonymous L and migor3231 have asked questions about the Heart Warmth, also known as How To Know. So here for an answer to their questions I have provided a few more tips and tweaks to acquiring that method which is the foundation for a great deal more work you can do to clarify your life and make decisions easier that are more likely to have benevolent outcomes.
------------------------------------
Some of you who are doing this method of feeling Heart Warmth to know what is love for you, which can be interpreted to what is true for you, even if you have been doing this for a long time - some of you have a hard time feeling the heat. Here's a way to prepare yourself to be able to do so.
First off it's important to be able to find a place where you feel safe, or as safe as possible, so ideally you'd be in your house or your apartment and lock the door even if you don't normally do that. This is a way to reassure yourself beyond your day to day feelings that you are safe.
Then make sure you turn the ringers off on your phones and if there's other people living there ask them to be quiet for a fixed amount of time - maybe it would be 20 minutes, something like that. In short you want to create a room or space that's as quiet as possible. Ideally, completely quiet with no distractions.
Then sit down in a comfortable chair or perhaps if it's your bedroom lie down on the bed. Lie on your back if you can so you can have your eyes open and perhaps just look at the ceiling. The purpose here is to relax into the safety and notice in that quiet space that it is quiet.
You will notice that you're probably somewhat tense because most people are anticipating - meaning they are in a stage of being where they anticipate something's going to happen or there'll be something to react to.
You'll have to train yourself to be able to relax and not think. You'll notice that you're thinking. If you do don't get mad at yourself, just try to keep your mind quiet.
You can, if you like, cross your hands over your chest or over your abdomen. Any place you'd like to put them that helps you to feel safer. Your goal here is to be able to be completely quiet and calm for at least a minute or two - that's the goal. If you can be quiet and calm for more than a minute or two that's good.
This is a preparation so that when you ask at a later time or even shortly after you have learned to engage that quiet time, you can ask then for all the most benevolent energies that are available for you to be all around you and all about you and after you say that, as always out loud, then relax into the quiet again because you are just waiting.
You might feel some energy, some change - might be slightly cool. You might feel a sensation, for instance at the top of your head or someplace else. And then, do your Heart Warmth work.
Focus in to your chest. I recommend at that point you put your hands, whichever one feels better to put, on your chest and if your hands are warm it's fine that the heat sink in to your chest and seem to warm your chest. If, on the other hand, it is your heart or chest area that is warm and that warms your hands that's fine.
If you're not sure you can move your hands slightly away from your chest. Just move them up a couple of inches. If the heat goes away from inside your chest around your heart area then you can be pretty sure the heat is coming from your hands. Put your hands back on your chest and allow your hands to bring the warmth into your chest. You might have to focus on using that method to bring the warmth into your chest for a time but after a while of doing it this way you'll notice that as you gradually move your hands off your chest that the heat will remain in a way you can feel inside your chest.
For those of you who have moved your hands before as I described above, away from your chest and the heat remained in your chest then you are there.
This is a way to work towards feeling the heat in your chest with slower steps so that you can get there in the most benevolent way.
It can be challenging, this process, for those of you who have busy lives and lots of distractions but the payoff is to your great advantage. I have found it to be so and many that I have helped to train to learn how to do this, or who have been trained by others or have come to it on their own, have found that it is an advantage.
This is not a religion, it is not a philosophy but it works with religion or philosophy if you choose to do it that way. I believe that it is universal. It is not political, it is not mental. It is physical. Therefore I believe that it is something we are born with a capability to do and is thus available for us all.

Our True Wisdom
Now the world is becoming more physical and thus we will have to become more instinctual. What this means is that Earth, as we have known her - to a degree sleeping Earth - meaning allowing and adjusting on her own to our impact upon her, is no longer sleeping.
Many of you have observed that volcanic regions are becoming more volcanic. There are more earthquakes and although they are not all catastrophic they are getting more frequent. Equally other aspects of Mother Earth are becoming more pronounced - her wind, her weather.
She is becoming in that sense more discernibly physical. She is showing her physical capacity much more so and demonstrating it.
We however have the capacity within ourselves to be responsive to this so that we will know where to go, know what to do, know how to live, recognize how to provide for ourselves and others and know when to do something, when not to do it or what to leave for others to do since it was meant for them.
This all comes under the heading of instinct, which I've talked about on these blogs extensively - as an example here and then of course there's all of this and more, and given a considerable amount of training for you. This is why I have been giving that training because I knew this time was coming and it is here now.
Those of you who have sharp instincts or can access your instincts because of the training I've given and because of your life experience will be at an advantage now. Even little things like a parking place or should I buy this now or should I sell this now - these things will be greatly enhanced by your ability to make decisions based upon your instinct.
Many people believe that instinct is an aspect of fear. It is not though fear is a component of instinct - not as something that cripples you but rather something that hones your decision.
Fear is meant for us to have - not as something that keeps us from doing something that we need to do but rather to help us to know how to do it. We use fear to know - this feels good or this doesn't.
When you get an uncomfortable feeling in your body, many people identify that as fear and while there is a small aspect of that it is meant to be there because it's what triggers your body to give you the physical signal that the way you're going to do something, the way you've thought it out, the way others have told you how to do it - even if they said, "That's always how its been done" - your body is telling you that's not the way to do it now.
Many of you will use your instincts to blaze new trails that others have considered but never tried. This is not something to use for daredevil exploits. It's not a time to be seeing how far you can go, how fast and at what risk. I'm not talking about that though I know there are those of you who like to do that and I'm not judging it.
What I am saying is that this is a time when you use instinct - the times we are in now and for the foreseeable future - that you will be able to make decisions that will be supportive and help your survival and will even help you to thrive.
So use your feelings - your physical feelings. I have been talking about this for all these many years because the time is now to use these things and know what to do. For those of you who have not read these blogs from the beginning - go back and do it now and do the homework. It will take time but you won't regret it.
These blogs are entirely set up to help you to use the innate abilities that you were born with and that many of our cultures have ignored or worse - attempted to suppress out of their own ignorance not realizing of what value these physical abilities are for us.
It is not my job to judge anyones culture but it is my job to point out what we can do, how we can do it and how each individual has their own feelings that they can use.
Equally - how very often you will find that other people who have the same skills as you have, though they may not know that they have them, may be your new allies.
We are all very much the same under the skin. We are born in a way that has been deemed the best by Creator and we have been given certain physical abilities. Many of them are obvious. Some are not so obvious and that is why I have dedicated myself to sharing what I have to share on these blogs.
Remember always, do not discard your thought but use your physical feelings to know - do I go this way, do I go that way. Which physically feels better to me?
I will have much more to say about instinct as time goes on but this is a reminder and a notification that these are instinctual times and those who use their instincts in the best, most positive and most benevolent way for themselves will be setting a might fine example for those around you.
When you learn how to do these things, when you get good at it - don't be shy. Either direct others to these blogs that they might learn or if you feel comfortable and only if you feel comfortable share what you know and help others. Always help others when they ask if you can. If you are unable just direct them to these blogs where you have learned and you have experienced suggestions as to your own capabilities.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Sensitivity And Knowing, Part 3
Last time I spoke about instinct in our refresher on the subject. This time I'd like you to try something different.
I'd like you to take note when you're in a place that's crowded - glance around and see if your eyes happen to fall on someone - not necessarily someone that you find attractive but someone you don't know and have never met and yet, a place where you feel reasonably safe. Perhaps a large meeting, perhaps a convention where you all have similar interests or perhaps simply someplace where there's a sporting event perhaps going on that you're all attending so you have similar interests there too and if you feel like it at a distance speak to the person. Just say - hey isn't this great or something non committal like that.
Also in a crowded situation, say in an elevator, you could if you catch the eye of someone just say - make some little remark saying - it's like sardines isn't it - referring to the way sardines are stuffed in a can.
Do you know that such remarks and little quips and sometimes jokes were always the thing that people said in the past and people would laugh and the humor would be something that would help calm a difficult situation. Many of you know this but not most.
The fact that in crowded situations - which are going to become increasingly the norm for a while - that these little jokes are not said so often is because we are sensitive. Yes, even when we're packed into someplace like an elevator or perhaps a subway train we are sensitive and often that sensitivity is expressed in fear or confusion - but it is time to begin to notice our friends and allies whom we don't know and have never met. That's the key here. So - that's what I'd like you to do.
It might just be that in that packed elevator or packed subway the person who chuckles or glances at you even shyly might be different than the one that you thought might be the one that would react to you. If that happens and if you feel even reasonably comfortable then see if you can strike up a conversation with that person and if you feel comfortable and safe go to coffee or something with them and see if you can make a friend.
It is important now to discover the comforts and the valuable aspects of instinct.
I'm not going to encourage you to do something that would be death defying. Rather I'm going to encourage you to improve the quality of your life by increasing the circle of your friends and this is what I'm suggesting for you right now.
I did say that it could be embarrassing - if things don't work out, if nobody looks at you but - shrug it off and try it again another time. That's what I recommend.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Sensitivity And Knowing, Part 2
Now - last time I began telling you about how sensitive we are and today I want to expand on the practicality of that. It is a great deal more practical then you have been led to believe.
Sensitivity has been greatly reduced in the eyes of many societies and yet it is that very quality that will not only allow us to move with grace through the coming years but will allow us to experience a much better quality of life.
Now, last time I touched on the fact that it is our sensitivity that will allow us to know beforehand what may happen. I've spoken at great length here on these blogs about instinct though I don't always use the word to speak about it.
Sometimes the training occurs in the various aspects of feeling this or feeling that and as you know when I've labeled things feelings, since labeling has been possible here on Blogger, I have always referred to feelings in the context of physical feelings. When I do that you can be sure I'm talking about instinct.
Instinct is a capacity we are all born with on Earth and we identify it most often with animals. They do this, they do that - oh it must be their instinct - and how often have we wished that we had that...and of course we are born with it. We're born with it because Creator wants us to have it and quite obviously since we are born with it - wants us to use it.
It is true that sometimes we are born with other qualities but these qualities are also intended by Creator for us to use them in ways that are benevolent for ourselves and others. I'll say more about that some other time but for now lets talk a little more about sensitivity and instinct.
It is possible you know, to know what's going to happen before it happens. I've given you exercises before on how to feel something - how to know that something is close.
The exercise given last time was a reminder and if you like you can do that another time with yourself but it might be better to have a mate or friend do that with you. It has to be a very good friend, someone you absolutely trust because it is no fooling around - it has to be done the way I recommended because the point is to remind you that you are sensitive - not to make a joke of your sensitivity you see.
So if you like you can do it a second time with your eyes closed but the person doing the almost touching of course has their eyes open and must be very careful to do the exercise as suggested.
The experience then of sensitivity has everything to do with instinct. Wouldn't it be wonderful to know what was going to happen before it happened.
Well of course your feelings are the messenger when it comes to instinct. How many of us truly honor our feelings? I'm not talking about feelings that are necessarily stimulated by fear or terrors, though sometimes when those feelings come up and are recognized it's because we haven't noticed our warning feelings about something that could happen. I am talking about those gentle subtle feelings that are messages. So, another little bit of homework.
I know I've given homework like this before but this is an important refresher. I will be giving you much more advanced work on instincts in the near future.
So, this is what I'd like you to do as a refresher. Find a place in your house or in a location where you can be completely safe and stand in front of a wall with absolutely nothing in front of you. This can't be a crowded room with lots of furniture or certainly not with dogs or cats or children running about - so it has to be someplace that will work for you.
It's not necessarily something I'd recommend doing outdoors - alright - though some of you may have ideal circumstances for that - I'd recommend it be in a room.
Stand about 6, 8, maybe 10 feet away from a blank wall and with your eyes wide open very slowly with the smallest steps possible walk towards the wall. Don't put your arms out. Just walk towards the wall - and you don't have to keep your arms at your side, just walk naturally but don't put your arms out in front of you.
When you get to just a few feet from the wall then you can put your arms out with your palms down and your hands curled slightly so that by the time you get to the point where you're actually going to contact the wall with your body you touch it with your slightly curled fingers. Then turn around and walk back naturally so that you are about the same distance from the wall which would be about 6, 8, 10 feet away - whatever you choose, something like that.
Then do the same thing again very slowly with your eyes closed. Try to make sure to do this in a way where you are safe - nobody running around or if there's another person in the room that they're reasonably far away and perhaps only there to keep people who may be in the area from barging in and disturbing you.
So, take note of when you get the feeling to put your hands out the way you did when you got closer to the wall and put your hands out. If you notice the wall, then that's fine - then open your eyes.
If on the other hand you get to the point where you bump into the wall before you put your hands out that's okay too but that's why I want you to walk very slowly - just inching along so you don't harm yourself. You don't have to inch along when you're doing that part of the exercise where your eyes are intended to be open though I do wish you to do it very slowly for that part with your eyes open but do inch along when you get the feeling you ought to or when you have the sense the wall is coming.
Now anytime you get to the point where you reach out with your hands and contact the wall or even reach out with your hands and do not feel the wall because you're not that close to it yet, it's alright to open your eyes then and look and see where you are.
The point of this exercise is to get to the point where you are able to reach out and contact the wall with your eyes closed when you are about - maybe half an arm length away from the wall.
It's not a game. It's a means to sharpen up your instincts and as I said in the not to distant future I will be giving you something that is a greater test of this and will involve some slight risk perhaps but not a danger - maybe a little risk of embarrassment but for now this is what to do as a refresher.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

More On Instinctual Training
There but for the grace of God go you or I. We have all read that or heard that at some point in our lives and yet all around us are people who may or may not fill that description. Sometimes it's obvious, other times less so and sometimes completely invisible.
Let us all now say the Living Prayer in this case to support the unknown sufferers, "I am asking that all those beings who are suffering whether they know it or not receive all the help, love and support they need now from all those beings who can help them."
Now why did I say - whether they know it or not. Sometimes because of life and its stresses we institutionalize in our own body - meaning that we become less aware of and feel or at least think that our discomforts are just part of life and because we are less aware then of our discomforts - we don't know we are suffering.
So much of what I've been writing about here on Benevolent Magic and on Mystical Man has to do with feelings. This is because it is time to become aware of our feelings not so that we can suffer through them, not so that we have to relive old pains and wounds but rather to allow our body to express itself, to move through those feelings and to acknowledge that feelings are not only that which is some strange unknown phenomena but that feelings are the key and the pathway to resolving for ourselves and gaining for ourselves a greater wisdom and a means to bring about benevolent healing.
It is my intention on this site and especially on Mystical Man to provide you with the means, manners and yes - morals of bringing about this benevolent eventuality through the use of feelings and energies and blessings to become aware of your physical self, your feeling self and ultimately your instinctual self and it is in that light that I will continue this talk on Mystical Man next time.
Goodlife.

The Road To Revelation Of Our Capacities
An awareness now begins to dawn on many people that there is an awakening going on all around us. This awakening is not something that prompts any apparent sense of disorder, meaning a feeling of disorientation or confusion but rather an awakening to our own inner capacities.
There has long been speculation that the brain is a source of infinite possibilities if only we knew how to decode its capacities. In my experience the brain responds rather than initiates. I realize that a good argument could be made that the brain initiates but my feeling is rather, from my own experience and that which I've been taught, that the brain responds to feelings. In my experience feelings are the primary means of interacting with our world. First we have a feeling and then we react with thought. This occurs, I feel, on the basis of our conditioning and teaching when we are young by parents and others but before there is this conditioning - what takes place.
I have been taught that before we, as very young children, are taught to think before we speak or to think before we act and other teachings that are intended for our own good and are meant for that - that we have something else called instinct. I believe that instinct unites us with all forms of life.
Feeling can be complicated by thought. Consider all of the types of thought, philosophy and even classifications of our own thoughts regardless of our philosophies. This is where my conclusion is born that our brain reacts to our feelings and does not initiate feelings. I grant that memory can initiate feelings - yes but my belief is that our feelings especially when we pay attention to them can get our brains analyzing what it means, in my experience.
I'd recommend, as I have done so before here - to get to know our feelings. I'm going to recommend that you try the following. Make a brief list of feelings that you believe are the most important ones in your life. It can be five, six, maybe even seven. Granted survival might be one of them, love, perhaps happiness - there may be different ones for your list. Then I recommend that you, like a good actor, practice those feelings and notice where in your body you feel what. Then after you try that see if you can begin to practice and note what it is you are feeling on the basis of your remembered physical feelings. I know I've talked about this before. I also know that others have discussed it and that is why I feel it has validity.
Let's not wait for science to reveal how to expand our brain power. They are working on it full time I assure you, in many quarters. Let's instead begin to expand our knowledge of our own feelings. If we do that there just might be a possibility that we can expand and feel into our own capacities. Let's also remember that as souls we are all united and we co-operate with each other in many ways now. Let's assume that the impossible can be done. This is what I believe.

Creation - Your Mind Is A Full Time Participant Now
It is important for you all to know now that all aspects of you can create. When you think of creating you don't always associate it with your physical body, your physical feelings, with your spiritual self (your soul), with your instinct - which is made up of your body, your feelings and your spirit - that's all - and then of course there is your mind.
The mind is not a portion of instinct and there is a reason for this. It allows you to have balance. The mind is a thought instrument meant to learn. It is here to learn and you make it a part of your being to give it a means to learn - sort of like volunteering for an extra job and yet it is in the nature of your physical body working with your feelings to know through instinct what is best for you in any given moment.
In the coming days and weeks I will speak to you much more about instinct and how to practice it so that you know the difference between instinct and thought - something that can be understood mentally but can only be understood physically when practicing and noticing and thus able to discern the difference - and you understand the difference between discerning and judging is that judging often applies standards or ethics not necessarily your own and while sometimes this is good, other times it can place a judgement in the form of a prejudice either societies or the culture you're exposed to or even your own. Whereas discernment is focused entirely on what you feel and what is your wisdom based on physical evidence.
I will say much more about these things in the days and weeks to come but today it is important to let you know that your mind is attempting to create and this is a very good thing. However your mind is the student - your physical body is made up of Earth and it is sparked by your soul which is provided by Creator. Your mind is not soulless but it is the student, that's why it is always hungering for knowledge.
Know that one of the functions of your mind has a tendency to harm you but it is very seductive in that it is not easy to know. You all know that worry does not help you but sometimes your mind confuses worry with analysis - meaning analyzing and then acting. Still you will have the opportunity to note in your physical body what is worry and what is simply analyzing and applying the best solution. The way to notice when you're worrying is that your physical body will show some signs of stress or discomfort. Then consider - have you done all you can do to apply the best solution that your mind is thinking about for a given problem. If you have done all you can do then you may be worrying which does not solve the problem therefore it is best to let the worry go.
If on the other hand you feel a warmth or a comfort in your thoughts and then, you see, then you will know that you have available to you possible solutions. Always note how it feels in your body - is it discomforting, even slightly, then perhaps there is a better solution.
Know that in this time of increased capability in creation, your mind is the student and Earth and physical reality and spirit is the teacher. If you keep that in mind - no pun intended here - then you will be able to function not only well but smoothly. We are coming into a time now that will allow much greater and much more benevolent creation.
I'm going to recommend that today you say this Benevolent Magic, "I request that my mind be completely capable and physically welcome in my physical body and that my physical body provide me with feelings to know when my thoughts are benevolent and helpful and when they are not and that this will all happen in the most benevolent way for me and result in the most benevolent outcome." That's what I recommend.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Changes, Perceptions And Feelings In This Immediate year
Now, the beginning of your year will see many changes and you will find that co-ordinating with these changes will not always be easy. However the most unusual factor will occur and that is that physically it will be easy for you to co-ordinate with these changes but the challenging aspect will be with your mind. Your mind will be trying to apply its accumulated knowledge and wisdom to the changes that you will be experiencing but even though your feelings and your physical body will feel comfortable - even more relaxed - perceptibly - your mind will struggle. Your mind will say - as it thinks, "This doesn't seem to fit. It doesn't seem to follow and it doesn't seem to make sense and yet, it feels good."
I'm letting you know that this may occur for you because it is a change brought about by timing associated with your Souls and your Guides and your Angels and Creator of course. The timing has to do with a form of completion going on to unite all of these aspects in your physical self and more. This is a good thing but your mind will be the last one to find out that it's good. So try to observe with more then your mind your physical and feeling experiences.
You'll note that I avoid using the word - emotional. This is because this word has been given in the western cultures, as well as many others, a connotation that means - not understood and therefore less valuable then the mind whereas feelings refer to something for which there is definite physical evidence. How do you feel? Take note in your physical body - you feel warm? Do you feel cold? Do you feel happy? Do you feel sad? Sometimes people don't even know if they're happy or sad but you always know if you're warm or cold.
I present this to you not because I have the assumption that you cannot understand these basic details of your life but rather because one of the most perceptive elements that you will be able to count on in the beginning of this year is your physical body and your physical feelings.
Many times for no reason at all, a feeling will sweep over your body and if you had to interpret it mentally you would almost always interpret it as either - something wonderful is happening right now or, "I have a wonderful feeling of well being" and it will leave you with a reassurance about the future. Oh there will not be any persuasive mental evidence but it will be a feeling.
Learn to trust, to know and to understand your feelings. Recognize that your feelings are the universal method of communication that can be most easily understood by all beings on Earth regardless of what language or sounds you may make to communicate. The more we know and understand about feelings the easier our lives will become and the easier it will be to communicate with our fellow beings regardless of what language they speak or think in or the way they communicate be they man or woman, child - yes or be they animal or even plant or stone. I have been taught that everything has feelings. In my experience I have found this to be true.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Instinct
Many of you have asked, "Is it possible - is it really possible to access our sensitive abilities in a seemingly insensitive world?"
Yes it is and that's one of the reasons I'm dedicated to providing knowledge and wisdom on this blog. Sometimes you will need to be able to have a quiet place you can retreat to or at least a place where you won't be disturbed. Some of you may have to wear earplugs so that the sounds that come from outside your home don't penetrate your peace. Others may simply have quiet available and that's good. That is a foundational element that is very helpful to assimilating that which I am going to provide for you in increasing ways. Still, I will try to provide things in such a way as those of you who don't have that can also assimilate some of this wisdom. I'll do the best I can on that.
Today I'd like to speak just a little bit about your capacity to know when somethings going to happen even though you won't have any conscious knowledge of it - and that's your instinct. It's not just animals that have instinct you know. Anything, anyone, any being yes, on Earth has instinct. The difference between human beings and other beings that demonstrate their instinct is that human beings are almost always trained in our modern world to ignore your instinct - to pay no attention to your physical feelings or to distrust them. I'm going to suggest some homework to bring to your attention your instinct and its value.
If you can go out some place on the land - it's okay if it's cold and you have to put on heavy clothes - or wherever you live - try to make it someplace where there's not many people around or not many distractions. If it's not safe to go out then pick a place, that if it's indoors, where you have room to move about.
Stand up and close your eyes and walk slowly forward. I don't want you to trip and fall or hurt yourself, so every moment you feel some nervousness that you might be approaching something, stop and open your eyes. If there is something that you might be approaching or something you might bump into - acknowledge it - appreciate your body. Touch your body right below your neckline with either your right or your left hand and gently stroke downwards just a little bit. This is to be a sign that you're acknowledging your bodies capacity to demonstrate instinct. Your body recognizes a gentle touch like that as a loving gesture. You can use either hand.
Close you eyes but first turn away from that thing that was going to be bumped. Face a direction where you have the most space and of course if you're outdoors do the same thing and again walk forward always walking very slowly even inching along so to speak, is fine and the moment you get any feelings - you have your eyes closed remember, that you're feeling nervousness - stop and open your eyes.
If there's nothing around you, don't be mad at your physical body - recognize that it may take time to sharpen this sense - your instinct and move forward again. Do this for about three or four minutes or even five minutes maybe once or twice a week for the next few weeks. You'll be surprised how much it sharpens your awareness of your physical surroundings even with your eyes open of course. I know this is very basic practice for instinct but I will build on this in the future.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.
