Mother Nature is Prepared to Help You

Some of you have been wondering how to handle the extremes of day to day life. Sometimes you're put into a position where you know you're supposed to express happiness, perhaps at this or that social event, and other times you know you're supposed to express seriousness and you don't always feel serious.

In this day and age so much is expected of the individual that we were not trained for. Times are changing but people at their core remain essentially the same.

So I'm going to suggest a couple of things. One - when you feel that you've just had too much and can't take it anymore, find a big tree - alright? It has to be a tree that's really quite old and sturdy, been there for a while kind of tree you know, not a young tree or if there's not a lot of trees where you are there might be a mountain or something close to a mountain - okay - as long as it's not man-made and part of nature - okay?

Then this is what to do. Just go out or get as close as you can to that tree or that mountain and look at a portion of it where as far as you know there's nothing man-made.

So if it's a tree but there's wires nearby look at some part of the tree where there are no wires but don't go up and touch the tree. Same thing about the mountain. If you know there's houses on it don't go and stare at that part. I've brought this up before but I need to bring it up again. And just, while you're looking at it, take 10 deep breaths slowly not quickly and just exhale naturally.

I've used this before when I've spoken about the sun in order to give you energy but I'm bringing this up now because the social demands of life sometimes either catch us unawares or put us into a position that's awkward for us and we just need some extra energy or something to calm us.

Of course you can't rush out to your tree very often when these social instances take place but here's what you can do. Once you've had that experience once or twice with the tree or the mountain you can close your eyes for about 30 seconds - you see - and during that 30 seconds even if you're in a crowded place where you're safe alright - an office, something like that, just turn away from everybody.

It's alright if you're facing your computer or whatever you need to face and if you can close your eyes for a moment - that 30 seconds or so - imagine that tree and try to remember exactly where you were standing and how you were standing. Remembering that situation as best you can breathe in and out again. Not deep breaths where you are puffing. Just remember how you did it before and be conscious of your breath in and out.

If it was to get extra strength such as looking at the sun or if it was to become calmer and more grounded such as looking at the tree or the mountain then this will help.

So you see very often, as I've said before, one thing is built on another and one thing leads to another. Goodlife.

Families Appreciate Eachother

Now today I'd like to give you a few short words about finding home. For many of you home is something that you do not have a sense of at this time. Oh you know what your physical house is. You know perhaps of course, who your physical family are yes - but the sense of home - that warm feeling, that feeling of being welcome and that ability to feel welcome so much that others feel welcome around you simply because of that good feeling within you as it radiates is something that has been difficult to either maintain or to feel at all.
Because of the complexity of society now there is a tendency by well meaning family members and friends to encourage and to motivate to success all those you care about. This has had an unexpected, for many of you and unpleasant for many of you, side effect and that is a constant feeling of disapproval even though those who are encouraging you want the best for you.
It is important yes, to encourage, to support and even to motivate but all this must be done under the umbrella of welcome, acceptance, love and appreciation.
Appreciation is something that is largely overlooked in many family and friend situations. Part of the reason youngsters get more attached to their friends than their family is that appreciation is so readily available and that that appreciation is always based on something that is directly reflected - meaning that the person who appreciates you or compliments you is doing so because of something you did, something you are or something they believe you are so that when you experience that appreciation it feels true to you.
It is important when appreciation is given that the other person that is receiving it feels that it's true so it must be not a demand, "Here - take my appreciation!" but rather an observation.
Observations of benevolent characteristics or at least characteristics that are appreciated often feel like truth to the person receiving them. So my reminder for today is to show appreciation when it is genuinely felt and to remember that it is much more important to provide love, acceptance, acknowledgment and appreciation then it is to motivate success. That's how families are made, not just how families are born.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

When In Doubt, Try This Benevolent Magic

There is a Benevolent Magic you can say and do that will cover a wide variety of situations. It is meant to say when you feel uncomfortable but you can't really figure out, or as you might say put your finger on why - then this is what I recommend you to say, "I request that the energy, circumstances and life around me and my reactions to all of that be the most benevolent and that this benevolence around me and from me result in the most benevolent outcome and that the unexpected that may happen also be experienced by me most benevolently."
This is a Benevolent Magic you might say then to cover the unknown. There will be times when you will be exposed to an energy or a circumstance in life that is entirely unknown - something for which you cannot plan or something that is a feeling that your instincts are reacting to. That would be a good time to say such a Benevolent Magic.
And so I will say goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Support For You Now

I'd like to provide you today with a Benevolent Magic to support your needs during times of stress. This is what I recommend you say - remember to say it slowly and if you feel energy or benevolent feeling just pause and wait til that passes a bit because that often helps it to manifest, what you are asking you understand. Why don't you try saying this, "I request that I have the capacity and the heart and the inner strength to allow all those around me their strength and their heart to pass through this challenging time and that this allowance supports relaxation, calm, clarity, vision and strength in the most benevolent way for me, resulting in the most benevolent outcome."
Lets also provide a Living Prayer so that you can support yourself, yes, and others. "I am asking that we all have inner strength and capability, heart for each other and ourselves, love and allowance and support for each other and ourselves through this challenging time and beyond in the most benevolent way for us all." I feel that such a request and Living Prayer will help us all through these times.
Remember you only say a Benevolent Magic about a specific circumstance of the moment for you, meaning some particular thing or some particular feeling. You only need to say it once. Now should that come up again you can change the words a little bit because the situation will change and you can say Benevolent Magic again and the words that you change apply to the situation, you see.
Where-as a Living Prayer can be said with the same words from time to time as needed or if in doubt about what words to say, you can always say the Living Prayer, "I am asking that all those Beings who need help receive all the help they need, benevolently, from all those Beings who can help them."
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.
