Releasing Mechanisms In Us Now, Part 4

Last time I talked more about the hazards facing our beloved cats and dogs. This time I want to give you something that you can do to protect them aside from all of the wonderful things many of you are doing now to look after your cat, your dog or cats and dogs in your community.

For starters I'd like you to consider saying a living prayer. First off remember to ask for all of the most benevolent energies that are available for you to be all around you and all about you be they angels, guides or whatever beings you feel good about and you feel bless you, take care of you and look after you in the most benevolent way.

Then say this living prayer, "I am asking that all dogs and cats be insulated and protected from harm now in the safest and most benevolent way from all those beings who may wish to harm them and that all those who may wish to harm dogs and cats also be insulated and protected up to, including and beyond their point of re-education, transformation, arrest, capture, incarceration or other."

Now the reason we say the insulating and protecting living prayer like this is that for it to work in the best way all beings involved must agree at the soul level that this is a good thing. So we cannot exclude the souls of those who would do harm. In fact they are some of the most important ones because of their actions, their thoughts or those actions encouraged in them by others.

So that's why we say it that way and also we must remember that even though people might do things that are harmful or self-destructive at times, that they are our fellow souls and our fellow citizens on this planet and it is not our job to inflict that harm back at them.

That may be the job of other beings - Creators and angels but they will not inflict harm. They will re-educate and teach in the most benevolent way during and even beyond this life and we can trust them to do that.

For now I would like to recommend a further practice for those of you who have engaged and are working with true magic. Again you do not have to love dogs and cats that are living with you but if you have a good feeling in general about dogs and cats I would say that that is something that you would have to have to engage in the true magic work.

Know that as a general rule of thumb, as people say, it's important to care about that which you are performing true magic for. This way you do not have any inner conflicts or feelings in conflict in your body with that which you are attempting to do. This could not only cause you to feel uncomfortable but it would generally impact the true magic so much that it may not do any good - and if it happens to be that you wish to participate in something for which you do not particularly care for or even like the beings that you are attempting to help then I recommend that you do the living prayer instead - and I'm saying this not just for our work with dogs and cats but in general with true magic. That's something that's important.

Now if you wish to do more for dogs and cats this is what I recommend. Go outside if you can and as always try not to wear shoes that are insulating you - keeping your energy, you understand, from moving into the ground. If you need to wear shoes try to wear something that is made of a natural fiber - even leather, that's fine but not plastic or rubber - not an insulating material.

Then go out on the land someplace. You can of course wear insulating shoes to get there if you have to drive there or have to go in a vehicle of some sort but once you get there put on non-insulating shoes or go barefoot if you feel comfortable there and then stand out on the land.

I recommend this is done during the daytime if you possibly can and close your eyes and look up towards the sky - close your eyes tightly. Look up towards the sky where the sun is even if there is clouds you can tell generally where the sunlight is brightest but keep your eyes closed and if it is a clear day this is especially important - and just make a connection with the sun.

Remember it is to be a physical connection and if you look in the general direction of the sun you will feel a warmth on your face. Do this for 30 seconds, a minute tops - no more than that.

Then return your head to its comfortable position and now look down at the ground. Open your eyes and look at your feet on the ground. Don't think.

Looking at your feet on the ground allows you to remember that the Earth holds you up and you are maintaining your physical balance by standing on the Earth.

Then immediately after that move into a position someplace where you feel completely comfortable. It could be by a tree, it could be by a rock or it could be out in the open - wherever you feel comfortable and safe.

Then once you are standing there, again glance at your feet and move in the following manner. Make 1 complete revolution staying in that space that you are in. It might be a space of say - 3 feet or even 2 feet. Turn very slowly to your left until you have completed 1 revolution.

Then say these words, "I am asking that the sun moving in its natural way throw energy off towards the human race on our planet that will allow all human beings everywhere to release old energies, old suspicions and old discomforts that have to do with all life forms on our planet."

After you have said those words, out loud of course, then make very slowly 3 revolutions on the same ground you have been standing - very slowly turn around to the left 3 times and after you have done that - stop.

Look behind you so that it is safe - you understand - try not to move anymore that you absolutely have to to look behind you and then take 2 steps back. You can take very small steps if you are uncertain of your environment or if there are others with you they can assure you, speaking very quietly to you in a low voice, that it is safe to step back slowly and if you are not firm on your legs you can even have someone there to make certain you are safe.

As I said take 2 steps back and then turn around slowly - always turning to your left and walk away from that place and continue on with your life.

Now for those of you who cannot go out during the day there is another process to do by going out at night and I will say more about that next time.

More On Protection

Do you have loved ones living or working or passing through areas where there's danger. I'm sure many of you do or have friends in these areas.

Perhaps you yourself are in such an area or may be going to such a place sometime. If you're saying a benevolent magic for yourself about this then this is what I recommend you might say.

First of course always ask for the most benevolent energies to be available, to be all around and about you in the most comfortable way for you.

Then say, "I request that I be able to easily pass through the most difficult situations in..." (then fill out the name of the place or the general area - use some geographic reference here) "...in the most benevolent way for me, resulting in the most benevolent outcome..." (then pause for a moment and say) "...for me."

If however you are saying this for someone else you need to use the living prayer form. In that case I would recommend you say, "I am asking that..." (and fill in the name or names) "...be able to easily, smoothly and benevolently pass through..." (then mention the name of the area geographically) ...in the most benevolent way resulting in the most benevolent outcome for..." (then mention their names again).

This is something you can do. I have mentioned this before but I know it is troubling many peoples again and I feel it is a good thing to do.

Remember to always say things for people - meaning say what you want - don't say what you don't want and also remember that benevolent magic and living prayer can not be used ever against others. It is always intended to be used for people, not against people. I know I've said this before, this is just a reminder.

More On Forms Of Protection

Greetings, I'd like to provide you with a little more on forms of protection you can use in situations that may be unexpected.

Perhaps you've been driving someplace and you're feeling uncomfortable or you are walking someplace or even in a situation that you know is safe but might involve challenges - verbal or otherwise.

This is something you can do if you know you're coming into a situation like that. If you know you're coming into a situation like that and can plan ahead for it then this is what to do.

First, situate yourself in a space if you can where you have at least 4 feet in all directions around you including if possible above you and even below you - but what I mean by below you is to measure - you can just eyeball it - from your heart up and your heart down because that's where the magic is centered.

Then put your hand, palm towards your body, on your heart area. I recommend the right hand but if you are left handed you may use that - and ask for all the benevolent energies that are available for you to be present with you right then in that moment.

Wait a few seconds - ten, fifteen or so and then say this, "I am asking that all these energies that are with me and all round and about me, now support me in this coming time when I may be in a situation of personal challenge or others may feel that I am not trustworthy or that they are perhaps bearing some bias - that I be safe, that I be honored and appreciated, that I be acknowledged as a valuable person and entity in any or all of those situations in the most benevolent way for me and for others."

That's what I recommend if you have some sense that you may be going someplace, entering someplace or in someplace that your value may be questioned in some way.

It is absolutely essential that there be the 4 foot sphere around you - you understand what I'm saying here is that there could be other people in this space but you must be able to create a moment of aloneness. It could be a small space, a small room that you are in or simply even a office situation where you have barriers around you to keep others out.

Try it, it may work well for you. Goodlife.

A Dream Invitation

Have you ever had the occasion to have woken up from sleep with the uncomfortable feeling - or even woken up suddenly as from a nightmare - that someone that you didn't know but perhaps heard their name, as in a dream sequence, was in trouble or in danger - or perhaps it was a place.

Should that occur for you, since we are all much more closely in touch on the soul level and even on the feeling level these days, I'd like to make the following suggestion.

It will cause you to feel better and be able to more easily go back to sleep because you will have done something. It works for me and I feel that it also will help those you have dreamt about.

This is what I suggest you say in the form of a Living Prayer. Remember, if you feel energy during the time that you say it then pause while the energy is there and when it begins to fade you can continue saying the Living Prayer. If you get the name of the person or the name of the place you can just fit it in to the Living Prayer.

This is what I recommend you say, "I am asking that (and here you fill in the name or the place) be insulated and protected from harm in the most benevolent way and that all those who may be attempting to harm them (or him or her) also be insulated and protected."

Now you remember, I've mentioned this before, that we say the Living Prayer like that so that all souls are taken care of. All souls are likely to be in complete connection and harmony if everyone is looked after - even those that are intentionally or unintentionally causing harm.

It is easy to cause harm unintentionally isn't it. We catch ourselves - we did something - oh if we had done this instead of that - and we question our motives even if it was simply a happenstance over which we had little or no influence.

This is something that I find works very effectively and will be a great comfort for you especially when you feel that you want to do something and there's really nothing you can do because you don't know the people or the event is happening on the other side of the world and you're not even sure if it did happen.

After all, you were woken up because of something in a dream. We have to keep in mind these days that dream or not, we are much more closely connected and dreams these days could just as easily be a vision.

It doesn't mean that it will happen, it doesn't mean that all dreams or nightmares are likely to happen. However it is a great comfort and if there's any chance that it might happen - even on some other plane of existence which we cannot rule out - it will be a comfort to you to say it and it might just do some good.
