Tripping Over Manifestation?

Have you noticed that things you think about and especially judge others for, have a tendency to happen to you and very often do. They don't necessarily happen in a severe way but they happen in a way to catch enough of your attention so that you can usually trace it back to the cause. "Oh, did I say something" you might think to yourself. Or, "Did I think something strongly?"

So, be aware of what you're thinking these days and try not to judge. It's good to be discerning. That's important and valuable to know what's for you and what's for others but to judge other people is not always a good thing these days.

This has to do with balance. A lot of what's going on now is understanding how things are for others so that you don't condemn them for the circumstance of their lives.

Here's something I recommend to try. You can do this as a benevolent magic if you want to so that you can support yourself through these times.

I recommend you say, "I request that I be able to clearly and easily understand how the circumstances of somebody else's life might have created their actions in their now time and that I'm able to assimilate this in the most benevolent way for myself and that will result in the most benevolent outcome."

If you prefer to say it for others, you can say it in the form of a living prayer. In that case I would recommend, "I am asking that all peoples these days are able to easily understand the motivations and actions of others in the most benevolent way for all beings."

Truth Perception, Part 3

Last time I talked more about truth detection. This time I want to talk about doing these things on your own.

With truth it is not always easy to tell is it. We might love somebody, we might like somebody or conversely we might be angry at somebody or even dislike them. All these things effect our perception. They're like veils or filters through which we see our world, feel our world, even touch our world.

So this tells you something very important. It tells you how very sensitive we all are. Sometimes it's hard to imagine isn't it, that some people could possibly be so sensitive. You might even think of them as being grossly insensitive and yet we are all born profoundly sensitive. That's why we have all the senses that are discussed, the so-called five senses but of course we have senses beyond that and that's what these blogs are all about including the senses you have and know about.

What I wish to underscore today is that your own feelings can be supported by what your body comes from. Your body is of the Earth. It is nourished from the sky by the sun and supported at night by the moon and your heart and soul are nourished by Creator of course and creation which is the stars, the other planets, all beings including all beings on Earth whether they be human or other.

It is difficult sometimes to know what is right to do. I have found using the method of the love heat works best for me but you may have other means and it is my intention here to give you the alternative that can also be used as I have been discussing. Some of you I know have difficulty in getting in touch with the love heat so that you can use it as a tool of discernment as well as be nurtured by it.

Learn to work with these things without gauging the value too much. I'm not trying to become a font of wisdom for you, rather I'm trying to point out your own abilities that you might work with them and create your own font.

In order to perceive you must learn how to use your tools of perception. Observation and analysis is not enough. Sometimes that which is analyzed is being analyzed strictly on the basis of visual perception and sometimes using technology but technology and the visual are all founded on the basis of human experience and in order to know the truth one must go beyond that to the soul, to the heart, to instinct, to inspiration, to the source from which we all spring.

We do not have to leave Earth to do that. That is with us now and it is my intention to continue to give you tools you can use to detect such truths.

Those of you who wish to do the card exercise using the heart warmth - go ahead. That alone might work for you. If you get heat - alright - or if there's no reaction. You can figure that out for yourself. If you can't, ask me - I'll give you more details.

For now that's enough on this. Remember that truth is not always objective and not always subjective. It is multifaceted so that is why perhaps we find ourselves living in a world of attitudes. The wise person takes this into account. Remember - judgement is not something that always helps but discernment does help.

Goodlife.

Truth Perception, Part 2

Last time I spoke about a means to help you to detect truth in people, groups of people, situations and so on. Today I'm going to expand on that.

First I recommend that you do something that is a little simple okay? I want you to get something like - oh say thick card stock. If they're still making note cards, 3 by 5 note cards would be fine.

Take 5 cards all exactly the same color and on 3 of them write down something that you know is true. Keep it simple. The sky is blue - something like that or - the sun is in the sky, the stars are out at night - things that you know are true - okay?

Then on the other 2 cards write down something false that you know for a fact is false. Earth as approached from space is pink - alright - something like that that you know for a fact is not true - alright. It can be anything. Try to make it something that's not judgmental - alright.

The same applies to the true thing that you wrote. Lets not have any judgment or anger. It has to be neutrally true, neutrally false - you understand?

After you've written those things down I want you to flip them over and place them on a surface that has nothing else on it, like a table - okay - and move them around. Don't have somebody else move them around, just move them around - and move them around for a good 5 minutes until you have no idea what's where. When you stop moving them make sure they're separated by at least a foot from each other.

Then do what you did last time and what you've been practicing. Extend into the stone, then connect to the sun. Then I want you to move towards the table where the cards are or if you prefer you can begin doing this where the cards are.

If you're doing this outdoors and it's a card table then it's alright to put a little tape down after you move the cards around and tape the cards down so that the wind doesn't blow them around - okay? Just tape them on one side so they can still be flipped over.

After you have made your connection with the mountain and the sun go over to the table, have a pencil handy and just write. Point with your right hand if you are right handed and/or point with your left hand if you are left handed and see if you can get the feeling of which card is the truth as you wrote it and which card is false as you wrote it.

Don't think about it. Go with your feelings and just take the pencil and quickly put "T" on the back side of the truth cards and "F" on the others. After that go back to your connection with the stone and the sun.

Thank the sun in the following way. Simply say out loud, "I am thankful for the suns joining me in this process of my perception." Then thank the stone. If it is a mountain you can say that word. You can say, "I am thankful that the stone (or the mountain you could say) has been helping me in my perception of truthfulness."

Wait a few minutes then relax. Walk around for a little bit. I know you're curious about the cards - don't rush over and turn them over. After you've walked around and maybe enjoyed the place your in then you can turn the cards over. Remember this isn't about dazzling yourself with capabilities you didn't know you had so much. It's about practice.

The thing you're looking for, before you turn the cards over and all during this process, is what feelings you had in your body when detecting the truth or what is false.

Regardless of how it turns out for you - practice this more than once. It's something you can do over time. After a while you won't need to make the connection to the mountain or the stone because your body will be more familiar with the physical but try to make the connection to the sun regularly. It supports the Earth and will give you strength.

I'll say more about these things in time. Goodlife.

Truth Perception, Part 1

There are moments aren't there, when you have doubts and justifying them is - oh too easy. I know that one as well. It's hard isn't it, to believe in sincerity whether you are being sincere to others or whether others are being sincere to you.

This of course has a great deal to do with your life experience and of course your cultural training, perhaps religious background, other influences, family and so on. And yet there are certain ways that truth can be differentiated.

I have found that using feelings are the most clear ways but there are other ways. I'm going to speak a little bit about that.

One of the other ways is to make a good connection with a natural portion of Earth - a large rock - best if it's around other rocks not just isolated by itself as you find in some areas where glaciers have come and gone. A mountain - possibly even a very old, very big tree but there's not that many of them around any more is there and they're often by themselves in an area perhaps of new growth or even all alone.

I would recommend some element of the Earth itself especially as it is still connected to the earth - meaning not necessarily a stone you would hold in your hand.

Then as I've suggested in the past here and here for example extend - do not leave your body - just extend from your body into the stone so that you have your physical feelings in your body and you are aware of any physical changes that you feel in your body, usually something would be added rather than subtracted, as you merge with the stone.

In doing this try to make certain that the stone is a minimum of 50 feet away from you alright - if it's farther that's fine but if it's at a great distance then it may be necessary to look towards the top of the mountain into an area where you're pretty sure there's nothing man-made.

After you have done that then while remaining extended into the stone but in your physical body as well of course, look towards the sun in the sky - just a quick glance and include the sun in the process. Work on this over the next week or so but I will give you more soon.

This is not intended to replace any means you use to know whether someone is telling the truth but it is designed to give you an alternative means to know whether a situation, whether a person, whether a group may have another agenda.

Sometimes people are telling the truth but with the underlying agenda the truth can be compromised - you know this. Even the innocent do this - children will often tell the truth but have another agenda and equally the same can be said for parents. This does not make them wrong or bad it just simply is a comment on our multifaceted existence here on Earth.

Don't automatically assume that another agenda is something bad. It might simply be, in the case of my example above in the child, a need to be loved no matter what and the same might be said for the parent. How many times have parents had to discipline their children and worried, especially when they were younger parents, are they ever going to forgive me. Of course as one gets older you change your demeanor - time and experience eh.

Now you work on that homework and we'll do part 2 soon. Goodlife.

On The Path Of Respect

Do you know why we as souls come to this planet? There are many reasons of course but an overall reason that affects everyone of us has to do with long standing attitudes and opinions by people on other planets about Earth People.

Of course there is great love and compassion and kindness generally speaking from people from other planets - meaning human beings and others on other planets - towards Earth People but very often when they look at society here and the way things run as compared to the ideals of how they ought to run, depending on the society one looks at and their philosophy and way of life, the tendency is to look askance at Earth People, "You say this, you do that" and so on.

So one of the main reasons we all come here no matter where we've lived on other planets, no matter how we've lived, no matter what we've done - and you know the other planets are all very benevolent for the most part - the number one lesson we all are learning regardless of all the other lessons we may learn has to do entirely with respect because most beings on those other planets have no idea what it's like in the day to day experience, why people make the choices they do, what pressures they are under and all of the felt day to day experiences that are not necessarily thought out but are often simply a reaction to what is happening or what is anticipated to happen.

All of the innuendoes of life to say nothing of the great influences cannot be understood unless one lives a life on Earth.

This is the most challenging planet in our universe, as I have been taught and I believe on the basis of my experience, where one can have a life. I want you to think about that when you have the highs in your life and the lows and when things are on an even keel.

Always remember that one of the reasons we are here is to develop respect for human beings, respect in general for what human beings go through and respect for ourselves - not only for being polite which is good but also for simply understanding, appreciating and living.

It is a hard life here many times and it is so easy to make a snap judgment about people, who they are and what they do - and we often make that judgment on ourselves as well. Lets remember that life here is more complex then life on any other planet in the universe that affects human beings and many other beings as well.

Lets be more patient with ourselves. Lets understand that life is almost entirely unknown to us - meaning that what we see in other people - even friends and family is often only the tip of the iceberg based upon what we don't know about them and always at least half if not three quarters, which it often is, of what we don't know about them are things that we would like.

So - be patient, be as kind as you are able and lets let go of judgment if we can. It's alright to be discerning. Discernment after all allows you to know what's best for you and what you must leave for others but judgment has a tendency also to apply condemnation to others often before we even meet them or know anything about them. It is a fine line between discernment and judgment and you do not have to be naive to let go of judgment.

Let us remember there's a great deal to respect and honor about life here even though we will continue to strive to make it better.

Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

More On Our Pathway

It's easy to be judgmental isn't it. "How could she do that? How could he do that?"

We are all born with certain potentials and from that point on we are subject to influences and of course some people might say that fate plays a hand. Fate of course is a word that represents all that we don't know - but happens.

So when we look around and we hear things and we see things - sometimes small offensive things, sometimes annoyances - even if we feel that there may be some reason, there is a difficulty not judging it isn't there.

And so, what about the big things? It's so easy isn't it to say, "How could he do that! How could she do that!" And yet, what would you have done if you were born with that potential, if you were thrust into that influence, if you were exposed to this or that.

You know, I feel that this place - this planet is a place that Creator has decided to see - what if. I do not feel that we are somehow dangling at the end of Creator's strings with Creator jerking us this way or that way. I feel we are all volunteers.

Granted - if we knew what was going to come in our lives we may not have volunteered for this but souls are innocent and spirits, as we all are, do not recall nor do we understand the implications of former lives or for that matter of the experiences of others.

When we are not here on this planet we do not experience pain. We do not experience suffering. This place is the school that teaches what can be done and what are the results when one does what is perhaps better not to do. This school is not a place of punishment as I've said before - this is a finishing school for those spirits and souls who want to go on from here to create in a more responsible position.

Think about it - parents create and they are then presented with the results of their creation so that they must continue to create and to bring about the best possible life they are able for their children.

Of course the children arrive with certain potentials and even if you are the best parent in the world your child goes out, is exposed to life and the slings and arrows that come about as the result of life. So you do the best you can, that's all you can do.

I'm bringing this up today because I feel that it is so easy to fall into a pattern of judging what others do - not necessarily putting ourselves into their shoes. Even if we discount that they are different, that they've been exposed to things that are different - put yourself in their shoes - what would you have done.

I have spoken before here and other places about the difference between discernment and judgment and as a result of that I feel that it is important now to move past judging and blaming because if we judge and blame it is so easy to overdo it isn't it.

It's so easy to say, "Well, he is one of those and he did that so maybe they're all like that. So whatever we do it's alright because they're all that way and they deserve it."

Now I realize that has a cartoonish quality to it but it is really the distilled version of the rational that is used to sell wholesale violence to large groups of people who might perpetuate it.

We are coming into times now where what is required of us is co-operation. The world is reforming culturally. Yes, it will be first on the business model or the corporate model and we may not like that at times. On the other hand it will be, over time and not a long time at that, remodeling itself into one whereby people are served with heart not just directed through head and will.

I haven't spoken too much about the will here but I will address that in the future. The will has gotten a great deal of - how can we say...praise in our time - meaning, "I didn't think I could do it but I drove myself to it, I willed myself to do it and I got it. I achieved it."

I recall a time when will was looked upon a different way but I am not here to blame. I am here to say that judgment can keep us apart very often from that which we desire. Discernment does not do this so much and yet there are occasions when those who step in a destructive pathway must be separated from those who need to be protected. We all know this - the proverbial bull in a china shop - yes - but there are means, manners and ways.

We are all evolving to a more heart centered sense of values. It's not as simple as it once was. We can't just all go out into the forest and be reminded what nature is since the forest is disappearing to make room for so many of us here who need the room to live. Now we're coming into a time when we must come into our hearts through exposure to each other and recognize that very often the animals, the trees, the bushes, the plants - otherwise known as the natural beings here on this planet - will be able simply by their ways to demonstrate how to get along in the best possible way with others given the circumstances of life.

I feel that the changes we are about to enter as a global society will bring us closer together and I also feel that many of us will have opportunities - truly magical moments in the next few years that will change us - as that forest is not going to be present - then those magical moments will come from a person or two people or more and they will not be destructive, they will not be willful, they will not be commanding or demanding.

They will bring us into our hearts and it will happen with others around so that we feel our hearts and thus can find our way once more in the most benevolent way on our pathway to becoming a global benevolent society. Watch for it - it's coming.

Goodlife.

More On Moving Past Judgement

Have you ever noticed that you say something critical of someone and then before you know it you find yourself in the same position having to either do what they did or having to solve the problem they faced in some other way. It's kind of amusing most of the time when that happens but it also points out an important fact.

For a long time many of you have been reading here and there and all over the place how the world is changing, how feminine energy is rising yes - and how we're moving on to another expression of Earth yes - and other variations on that.

One of the ways you can tell though, and provide yourself with evidence that that is so much the fact is how much the intensity level has been raised to bring our lessons to us.

Do you know that very often, not always but very often the things we criticize the most in other people are the things we either dislike about ourselves or the things that we dislike that are going on in our immediate environment. The fact that so much of this is coming up for so many people right now is an illustration of the fact that we are hurrying up to finish our lessons by having them right in front of us or with us all the time.

I know that you do not like to have your lessons in your face over and over and I sure don't either but here's something I recommend. Pay attention to when you are judging or criticizing others.

Is your criticism or judgement based on the fact that you have done what they were attempting to resolve - that you have done it in some better way or is it simply because you are criticizing the outcome of the solution they applied?

So - homework, next time you're ready to give criticism be prepared not only with what you have to offer as a solution but also be prepared to face the music if your criticism is not received in the best way. I am not here to be the psychologist for I am not that nor am I here to provide professional therapy and you're not coming to me for that. Rather you are here to consider the options and perhaps find a suggestion or two.

Here's a suggestion, I recommend that you sharpen up your discernment. Know what is for you and accept that things, even things that you may not necessarily wish to do or participate in - that those things may be for others.

So - recommendation, take a good hard look at the definition of judgement. Then consider that discernment isn't involved in judging. It's more involved in experience.

I know I've talked about discernment before here and here for example but it's so important now. It's because we're rushing to complete our lessons - a clear sign that something is getting ready to shift on Earth and I believe to something more benevolent.

Well, I know that's a refresher but it's coming up for so many of us these days I thought I'd bring it up again.

If you'd like a little thing you can say for yourself then this is what I recommend. You might say, "I am asking that I feel in my body when I am judging others so that that uncomfortable feeling will remind me that I can simply recognize that people solve things in their own way as best they can and I also am asking to recognize in my body by my feelings my awareness of what is for me and what is for others and to feel comfortable with that, knowing that I'm safe and that my world can be safe and comfortable and I can allow others to have their worlds."

Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Creation - Your Mind Is A Full Time Participant Now

It is important for you all to know now that all aspects of you can create. When you think of creating you don't always associate it with your physical body, your physical feelings, with your spiritual self (your soul), with your instinct - which is made up of your body, your feelings and your spirit - that's all - and then of course there is your mind.
The mind is not a portion of instinct and there is a reason for this. It allows you to have balance. The mind is a thought instrument meant to learn. It is here to learn and you make it a part of your being to give it a means to learn - sort of like volunteering for an extra job and yet it is in the nature of your physical body working with your feelings to know through instinct what is best for you in any given moment.
In the coming days and weeks I will speak to you much more about instinct and how to practice it so that you know the difference between instinct and thought - something that can be understood mentally but can only be understood physically when practicing and noticing and thus able to discern the difference - and you understand the difference between discerning and judging is that judging often applies standards or ethics not necessarily your own and while sometimes this is good, other times it can place a judgement in the form of a prejudice either societies or the culture you're exposed to or even your own. Whereas discernment is focused entirely on what you feel and what is your wisdom based on physical evidence.
I will say much more about these things in the days and weeks to come but today it is important to let you know that your mind is attempting to create and this is a very good thing. However your mind is the student - your physical body is made up of Earth and it is sparked by your soul which is provided by Creator. Your mind is not soulless but it is the student, that's why it is always hungering for knowledge.
Know that one of the functions of your mind has a tendency to harm you but it is very seductive in that it is not easy to know. You all know that worry does not help you but sometimes your mind confuses worry with analysis - meaning analyzing and then acting. Still you will have the opportunity to note in your physical body what is worry and what is simply analyzing and applying the best solution. The way to notice when you're worrying is that your physical body will show some signs of stress or discomfort. Then consider - have you done all you can do to apply the best solution that your mind is thinking about for a given problem. If you have done all you can do then you may be worrying which does not solve the problem therefore it is best to let the worry go.
If on the other hand you feel a warmth or a comfort in your thoughts and then, you see, then you will know that you have available to you possible solutions. Always note how it feels in your body - is it discomforting, even slightly, then perhaps there is a better solution.
Know that in this time of increased capability in creation, your mind is the student and Earth and physical reality and spirit is the teacher. If you keep that in mind - no pun intended here - then you will be able to function not only well but smoothly. We are coming into a time now that will allow much greater and much more benevolent creation.
I'm going to recommend that today you say this Benevolent Magic, "I request that my mind be completely capable and physically welcome in my physical body and that my physical body provide me with feelings to know when my thoughts are benevolent and helpful and when they are not and that this will all happen in the most benevolent way for me and result in the most benevolent outcome." That's what I recommend.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

A Profound Tool For Discernment

The co-ordination of activities that surround and support your souls capacities to learn and to remember who you are in your foundational elements is drawing to a greater, more benevolent conclusion. The conclusion of course is that we all remember who we are in all of our incarnations and in all of our experiences so that we can be that being that we are and that we exist as beyond this planet.
Earth is a school as you all have noticed and as a school it can be at times fun and at other times it can be very difficult indeed. One of the most difficult parts is the repetitive lessons - things that are tough that come up and happen over and over again.
When our souls come here, I believe, we are prepared for the fact that it is school but most of us are not prepared for the fact of how difficult the school will be. Therefore when opportunities come to have fun, sometimes it is difficult to know whether that fun is benevolent for us or not.
It is not my job here to state that one thing is good and one thing is bad but it is my job to try to support you in developing your discernment to know what is for you and what is for others and what that simply means is that when you are asked to participate in something, generally speaking if it feels good to you and if you feel good interacting with the people and what's going on is benevolent - good for you, good for them, good for others then it's pretty much guaranteed to be benevolent.
The key and the difficulty and the challenge for us all is knowing what is really benevolent and what's going to turn out benevolently. That is why the Feeling Body, as I call it - the portion of you that acts and reacts with physical feeling, is so important because our minds can only do so much. They can think of course and with your thoughts you can remember some of your experiences to know what has worked out and what hasn't worked out in applications from before.
I grant that sometimes your feelings might be nervous about something that may turn out to be alright. Perhaps it's something new, perhaps it's a challenge but there are many times when you get a really bad feeling about something and you know what I mean. That sinking feeling in your stomach, that extreme tightness or that burning sensation, yeah. Very often when we get those feelings we all know that this is something that's not going to turn out well.
What I'd like to do is provide something for you that people don't always provide and that is that I'd like you to know that I honor those feelings in you. If you have a sinking feeling or a bad feeling or a tightness or a burning feeling in your body, something like that - you know what I mean - then I recommend that you do consider what you are doing - that's all.
So many times people want to have fun and they don't know what's good for you. So I want to remind you that if you're not sure then you can try this discernment method:

I'd recommend that you try something that has worked so well for me. It is a process, yes, it may not be immediately accessible but it works for me every day in all kinds of decisions. It is a physical feeling. I hope you find it to be of some value.
This is what I recommend. I recommend that you sit down in a comfortable chair in a quiet spot at a quiet time of the day - turn off the ringer on the phone so you won't be disturbed - and just ask for some quiet time from friends and family. Then put your hands on your heart area - just let them sit there and you'll notice probably, a feeling of warmth that is noticeable in your heart. Keep your hands there and let the feeling be present.
It might come up - that feeling of warmth might come up you see, in some other part of your body - perhaps your stomach or your solar plexus - maybe someplace else. When you notice that feeling of warmth see if you can just go into it - don't think about it - just go into that physical feeling of warmth and see if you can feel it more. I recommend then that every day or every other day you try to have that experience of physical warmth in your body - there's a reason.
Practice it for a week or two so that you can get to the point where you can just sit down or lay down quietly someplace and focus on feeling that physical warmth in your body even if it comes up in different places at different times - that's alright. It may come up here one day, there another day, that's fine. Maybe you won't have to put your hands on your body, maybe you will - either way is fine.
When you get good at this, you will then be able to use this as a physical means of: Yes, this is for me or there's another response in your body that is: No, this is not for me. It doesn't cast judgement however. It is simply - for you or not for you. I find this is a particularly appealing aspect of this work.
Then, what to do is this. I recommend that when you need to make a decision that you state out loud to yourself in some quiet place where you're on your own - just say out loud - I could do this - and state what you could do and notice whether you get that uncomfortable feeling in your body - tightness or burning or something like that or if you feel that warmth. If you feel that warmth it probably means that this would be good for you to do. If you get a tightness or discomfort it probably means that this is not a good thing for you to do at this time or you can restate the way you said it and see how you feel.
Generally speaking if you get either a neutral feeling, meaning you don't feel one way or the other or you get a discomforting feeling then this is not for you to do at that time or in that way. Practice with it and see how it works for you.
Again, if you feel the warmth it means that this is for you or there is some aspect of it that may be advantageous for you to consider. If there is no feeling at all in your body, then rephrase the question and ask it another day. That's what I recommend.
It works well for me. I utilize it in all aspects of my life - not instead of thought but as well as thought. I find that my physical body has the capacity to offer this great form of intuitive wisdom to me and I hope it serves you well.

After practicing this it will give you another way to discern what is for you and what is for others. That's all I want to say today. There will be many opportunities for you in the near future to get on a path that will be self destructive and sometimes that looks attractive. So it will be useful perhaps to have a tool that you can go to - a means of utilizing your own body to know whether something is of value to you.
So I'd recommend you use that technique in order to improve the quality of your life and to that end I will suggest the following Living Prayer. I'd recommend that you say, "I am asking that I have a most benevolent warm and loving feeling in my body when something is good for me to do that my mind does not know about or is unsure so that I have a means of knowing what is for me and what is for others and equally if something is for others to have a brief feeling of discomfort that quickly within a few seconds passes - that my body tells me that this is not for me though it may be for others."
You understand that I'm not trying to suggest that you ask to feel bad but if you have a brief feeling of discomfort - it has to be discomfort so it will catch your attention but quickly passes in five seconds or so - that will let you know.
Think about it. If it feels good to say go ahead and say it but before you do, practice the technique above about the warmth, the loving warmth that will allow you to know - another means to know what is for you or what is for others.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Clarity For Decision Making - Part Two

I hope you've had a chance to begin working on your list that will help you to define and make clear to yourself the difference between what you think you want and what your physical body speaks in its physical feelings of these things.
What I recommend is that you take out your list now and you look at your original list of what you want, what you felt you need and so on and then you look at your remarks as to how your physical body reacted and reorder the list - write it back over again see.
Look where your physical body had the most comfortable reaction - don't judge the list, just look for the most comfortable reaction. Perhaps your physical body relaxed and felt comfortable when you said something. Perhaps some of you even felt warmth in your physical body. Those are the things to order at the top of the list and then where your physical body, when you said something, felt discomfort - those are the things at the bottom of the list. Discomfort would include tension but something like say itching for instance - unexpectedly having to scratch some part of your body - that would be somewhere in the middle just for an example but the most discomfort, tension and ill at ease feeling physically in your body - what you define as being ill at ease - tightness or pain - that's to be at the bottom of the list. Again, just write in down according to that. Don't jump to conclusions.
Now after you've completed that rewriting of the list, your list will probably be in a different order at least partly, and you will see that some of the things you really think you want and might be able to justify as needing are at the very bottom of the list and some of the things you thought perhaps were only mild wants or desires are at the top of the list. Don't move those things that are at the top of the list alright - let them be at the top of the list because that's your physical body telling you that these things are desirable and very possibly things that you can acquire in some way because your physical body not only tells you that physically they're desirable but since your physical body is involved in the creation of your reality that your physical body can draw to you the experiences that will allow these things to occur in the most benevolent way.
Now look at the list and see - there were some things that you first wrote on the list that seemed very important indeed and when you look at the list now and see them down at the bottom it makes you feel confused. Pick one of those things just to practice now and what to do is this - get another piece of paper out. Write that thing at the top of the paper the way you wrote it on your list originally and I want you to write it in at least three different ways or more if you like, restating it - alright - just restating what it is that you want or need, whatever your thought was about that thing.
We're not looking to perfect it mentally but if you can get it in a way that you feel is more clear of what you want but is that thing that you originally wrote about, that's what we're looking for. Two or three different ones would be fine - descriptions of what you want - see - but you can write more, alright. Then we're going to close up that piece of paper for a time and put it on top perhaps or with, maybe underneath the other list and cover that up and put it away for a day or so.
Then not unlike the last time, take the list out the next time. It can be a few hours later or a day or so later, whatever you can do, whatever's convenient - take it out and look at that piece of paper. Either cover up the top thing that you wrote down that is the copy of what you originally wrote on the first list - see - or if it's a separate piece of paper you can fold it over so you can't see it - see. Then read off the items that you wrote below it, just read the first one and notice how your physical body reacts - the same way you tried in the first read off and make notes.
You may find that the rewriting of this desirable thing has other actions in your body. Maybe everything that you read, one thing at a time making notes of how your physical body reacts afterwards, maybe that will still be uncomfortable but maybe because of the rewriting and getting clearer one of the things or more will have a good feeling in your body.
What we're looking for here is to synchronize your mind and your physical body clarity. It is not your mind teaching your body. It is rather your body teaching your mind. I believe and have discovered the truth of this that our physical body actually presents us with physical evidence - our physical feelings - to demonstrate to us what is good for us in any given moment with the most benevolent feelings and is guiding us very often as to what is going to work out well for us.
Get to learn the feelings in your body that are benevolent. If you have a tight and uncomfortable feeling this may not be the best thing for you to do. If on the other hand you have a warm or relaxed feeling this may be a better thing that you can do and may be successful sooner and opportunities can be more easily created.
Your physical body is the connector to Earth and all that is on it and it will give you physical evidence by the way your body feels as to what can work in the easiest, smoothest and most benevolent way and very often in the quickest way. Your body will thus instruct your mind on the creation of physical reality in this way.
I hope you find this homework effective and helpful and use it as a tool when you are in doubt about how to pursue your life in the most benevolent way.
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

Clarity For Decision Making - Part One

Many of you have come to a time now in your lives where you feel you must do something and it's very vague and unclear as to what.
These times are not easily solved with thought no matter how clear your thought process may be because your thought will think of all the possibilities, examine them and lay out plans or notice what is missing in order to lay out plans and you might find that you get involved so much in what is missing to try to fill in those gaps that you may lose sight of your opportunities.
There is a means for you to locate within your personal reality what is the best thing to do, what is the best avenue to pursue and then you can decide what is the best way to pursue it. Gonna talk a little about that today.
The method is much easier than you might realize. It does involve feelings as so much in this site will involve since I feel that that is a means that has been overlooked in great part in your societies where you live and it is a means, perhaps one of the most valuable means to know what to do and yes - even how to do it in your world today.
I'm going to offer some homework for you to practice. It won't exclude your mind. First lets focus on the mental part. I'd like you to write down a list of all of the things you think you'd like to do. This is important because it can not only help you to discover how your thoughts help you but also where your thoughts might be leading you onto pathways that may not be the best and the smoothest for you but lets honor your thought process as it is.
Write down a list of all the things you'd like to do or places you like to go or places you'd like to be or work you'd like to have or anything like that. Lets include whatever, yes and when you are done or at least come to a stopping point because you might exhaust that list at some point - and you can add to it later by the way - then I'd like you to wait - just wait a few hours or if you want to wait a day or so that's fine too.
Put the list someplace where you can easily find it but fold it shut so you don't have to stare at it because then your mind will leap into thinking how you can achieve these things and I'd rather allow your mind to make up the list and then relax to do other things.
When you're ready to look at the list again to take the next step unfold the piece of paper or take off of it whatever you put over it so you didn't have to stare at it and this is what to do - ideally in some quiet place in your home or wherever you live. Just say out loud the first thing - don't say, "I want.." this or that, just say the first thing. You might have key words, you might have an actual statement. Without saying that you want it just say it out loud and notice how you feel physically in your body.
Does your body feel tight or uncomfortable? Does your body feel nervous or does your body relax and feel ease meaning you feel relaxed and comfortable with it and you might be able to define other reactions in your body. Remember now, you're not looking for thought.
You're going to say it out loud - the first thing on your list - and it doesn't have to be the highest priority, it was just the first thing you thought of to write down you see - and then you're going to notice immediately your physical reactions.
If you want to, after you notice your physical reactions - give yourself a minute or two, maybe three to notice what you feel - try not to think alright - and just say it out loud once, then after you've noticed how your body feels physically - not what you're thinking and not what you're thinking about what your body is feeling but write down the physical feelings you had in your body and if you know, where you had them - meaning - "Oh, my back felt tight" or "Oh, I felt a kind of sinking feeling in my stomach" or "Oh, I - my knees kind of started to itch." Anything like that you see. You're looking for physical things and when you have that you write those down next to that thing.
Then you relax for a moment. Try to fold the list over or put a magazine or something over it so you don't have to see it. Then when you're ready take the list out again and look at it and say the second thing out loud, again noticing your physical feelings and making notes about them if you like to when you're done.
Proceed that way right through to the end of the list. If you haven't got the time because you've had feelings and the notes took a while to write down then you can put the list away and finish it later. It would be good if you can finish it but some people's list will be long and you'll need to take time to do it. When you get done with your list - and if you've added things to the list by the way, just wait until you get done doing this physical feeling reaction to stating that thing you want or that thing you'd like as I stated before. Then I want you to look at the list - I will give you the second stage of the homework in another posting here but look at the list and fold it over and put it away.
I will give you the second part of the homework very soon to know what to do. I'm not trying to keep you confused but rather I feel it's important for you to take note of your physical reactions to these things.
For those of you who'd like to end with something benevolent though after this experience and this work that will help to give you another means to discern and make decisions - you can say if you like, the following Living Prayer. You can say, "I am asking that my clarity of discernment come to me now in the speediest and most benevolent way - that I feel good and satisfied to have it and that my access to it will be readily available to support my decision making process."
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.

The Qualities Of Life And Your Use Of Them

Your experiences now in life are many times overwhelming. Sometimes you don't realize how overwhelming they are because you have managed, as many have, to build up a barrier so that the extremes of life do not incapacitate you and thus you can function. Sometimes this overwhelm feeling is because there are just so many things going on at the same time but there is more going on and some of it is very good.
One of the main things that is going on and is not a conscious experience for most people at this time is that there is a much greater spiritual connection between all peoples and even as some have noted between people and animals and people and plants and people and the Earth but when there are connections like that there are also connections from person to person.
Sometimes this creates misunderstandings because one person feels something from another or feels something around them in a general energy from all people that they identify with one or perhaps two or three people. Then there is sometimes an assumption, an attraction even to those people and to interact with them.
That's part of the reason that I have offered this site because of the need, the profound need for discernment these days. It's easy to make a mistake - to feel a greater experience for all human beings and identify it only with a few individuals. It is thus then that I'm going to suggest that you become as aware as you can of the difference between judgement and discernment.
Judgement comes with a identification of value with something that is either desirable or beyond your immediate capacity to experience or something that is present with you and not, as you perceive, with others. Discernment simply allows you to apply the knowledge that you have acquired in your life and for which there has often been repeated experiences and thus you have put it into your life as wisdom. It may over time evolve and become more than it is now but it is your current wisdom and you use it in your life because it works. That's the key element. If it works and it improves the quality of your life then it is your wisdom.
It may be wisdom only for you. It may be for you and a small group or perhaps your family. It may be in the formative stages. People are evolving - we're all evolving. I know it is desirable to let go of judgement and that is good because one often - by judging oneself and others - one often finds that it is a self destructive pattern. At the very least prompts you to miss out on opportunities some of which you are crying out for at least to yourself - needs, desires, hopes.
Discernment allows you to know what is for you and what is for others. It does not judge things but it knows, as a quality you apply, it knows that this is something for you and if something is not for you then it is simply for others - that's all.
I am hopeful that this advice and guidance provided on this site will help and support you in your lives and to that end I offer and suggest this Benevolent Magic you could say if you like, "I request that I experience in my life now the awareness and increasing capacity for discernment so that I know and can feel and can identify the best qualities and experiences that are the most benevolent for me now and that this experience results in the most benevolent outcome."
Goodlife to you all and goodnight.
