Helping To Resolve Regret

Someone has asked a question: what to do about that vague feeling of regret that you might have. Perhaps you have a quick image and then it's gone and you can't quite remember it.

This is possible because sometimes we imagine that what we regret is worse than it was in its impact on others. Other times we downplay its impact on others and still other times it is only a feeling because we are unable to tap into the pictures or anything else that reminds us of why we have this feeling.

I want to give you something you can do today about that. It is gentle and not demanding but it may be of some comfort.

First, this is something that can be done at night or day - it doesn't make any difference. If it is daytime then try to look towards the sun in the sky, always closing your eyes so that it is safe.

If it is nighttime then look towards the moon in the sky - and you can glance at the moon of course with your eyes open - but regardless of what time of day it is also connect to either the sun or the moon so that you connect to both of them you understand?

And thus you can ask - after you make that connection to the sun and the moon - ask for all the most benevolent energies to be all around and about you to support you that are available for you in that moment. Then pause with your eyes closed trying to picture nothing else than the sun and the moon.

Then say the following words, "I am asking that all I regret in thought and feeling be resolved now in the safest and most benevolent way for all beings and that as that resolution takes place benevolently that these feelings and thoughts fade from my mind and body so I can be reassured that all is well."
